Wes McGarvey (aWESome.images)3 weeks agoOur group rented 3 scooters back in April. The staff were very nice. One of the chargrs we had was not working correctly. We brought the scooter back when the battery died sooner than expected. The attendant stated that he could had come to us. He also swapped out for a good unit quickly. We were back to the adventures at Disneyland
J B3 months agoTo make your life a little more easier and more comfortable, make sure that you broke your scooter a day ahead of time. It will be ready for you when you arrive and feel comfortable that your scooter will last all day and take you to all of the attractions that you would love to see mobility scooter. Is there to help you enjoy your life thank you very much. We had a great time. And yes, we got to do and see everything we wanted! Here’s some pics
Carol Ann Burksa month agoIt was excellent. I wish I would've known on the first day that gets you like a lightning pass! We found that out on the third day. You were very efficient, on time. Great communication. Appreciated the upgrade the second day. Zane was very helpful! Will rent from you again! My feet thank you.
John D. MacDonald3 months agoTo be honest, our rental was the best experience I could have imagined. It was so great having a scooter there that our daughter could use, and be able to carry all of our stuff. She used it all day, and the battery stayed at 100% all day. She was very comfortable. At one point, my daughter was able to walk and my wife was having a blister problem so she used it for a while and greatly appreciated it. We all agreed that from now on, any time we go to Disneyland, we are going to rent a scooter, whether we actually need one or not, because it just made things so much easier. (And to our surprise, we were also able to get on rides so much quicker!!!!!) THANK YOU!
Nina Johns4 months agoOne stop Mobility was one of the best experiences I’ve had with renting a scooter It’s physically right across the street from Disneyland next to the McDonald’s and it was so convenient. I didn’t have to walk 500 miles to get back to my car. I really like this place they even offered fresh waters for $1.50 that’s so much cheaper than in Disney. I will never rent from anybody else ever These guys were so cool. One of them was really handsome too just saying LOL THANKS ZANE AND HOANG
