Lou3 weeks agoWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to its unbeatable location and fantastic staff. It’s just a short walk to Disneyland, making it incredibly convenient for park days, no long drives or expensive shuttles needed. The price was also excellent for the area, offering great value. While there were a few hiccups during our stay (the room keys stopped working multiple times, and we had one other issue in the room), the staff handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Hussain made an outstanding first impression by walking out to the waiting area to personally let us know our rooms were ready. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Elizabeth was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond to resolve the key issues and the room problem quickly and effectively. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out. Because of the great hotel staff/team, especially to Hussain and Elizabeth, we would happily stay here again. The perfect location for Disneyland combined with this level of service makes it a winner. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Hussain at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and understanding. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant and stress-free. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find customer service of this caliber, and Hussain is a tremendous asset to the Holiday Inn team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anaheim and will gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Erin Coberlya month agoWe just stayed here for the last 5 days and we had the very best experience. The rooms were nice, the motel was nice, the pool was heated, the hot tub was clean. Everything was super clean. But most of all the staff was AMAZING! From the front desk, to house keeping and kitchen staff. All were super nice and helpful. We will stay again on our next trip to Disneyland. I will say it is about a 15 minute walk to the beginning of downtown Disney but to actually get into the parks it was about 45 minutes (we also had little ones walking)
David Ma month agoI expect a clean room at a fair price when booking with Holiday Inn. Boy was I wrong. First, let me say that the check-in staff was very friendly, and as helpful as they could be. Our first room had no electricity. Back to the front I went. The wonderful lady at the front desk gave us a new room. The second room, the AC wouldn't turn on. I finally got it working so no need to move again. OK, minor hiccups, right? Where it went downhill was the second night. We get back from the park, exhausted, and the smoke detector starts beeping. I call the front desk and tell them, and the boy who answers says "we'll have someone fix that in the morning". THE MORNING!? He expected me to sleep with a VERY loud beep every two minutes from a dead battery in a smoke detector! Not cool. It wasn't the worst hotel stay I've ever had, but it was FAR from the best, and not even a good one to say the least. I won't be returning of at all possible.

Also the welcome from front desk first I stepped in the front desk agent look at me with big smile and start to check me in I think his name was Hassan or Hussain. Was very helpful to explain where is the elevator and the nearest parking spot to my room.next day in the buffet was very good service they bring us the coffee to the table while we pick our food. The server was Serjoe and other one forgot his name
