  We had such a wonderful stay here during our Disneyland vacation! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and so convenient to the parks, which made traveling with two young kids so much easier. The real standout of our stay was Joseph. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help with any questions we had. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such exceptional customer service, and he truly made our trip even more enjoyable. Every interaction with him left us feeling valued as guests. Thank you, Joseph, for your hospitality and for helping create such a memorable experience for our family. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland!

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of Disneyland, but our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. At check-in, another guest was already complaining that their room had no running water and that the elevator wasn’t working. Looking back, that should have been our sign to leave. After checking in, we unloaded all of our luggage only to find that our room was filthy. Throughout the hotel there were signs saying, “Pardon the Pixie Dust,” but this wasn’t “pixie dust” it was dust, dirt and neglect. The room was extremely dusty, visibly dirty, and the floors had clearly not been vacuumed. To make matters worse, our room didn’t even have a functioning safety lock, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our almost one-year-old child. We had driven over six hours for our family’s first Disneyland trip. When we brought our concerns to the hotel staff, they were not accommodating at all. There was no apology, no offer to move us to another room, and no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, we had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. We unloaded everything from our car only to pack it all back up and leave. Thankfully, we found a much cleaner hotel, and it completely changed our trip for the better. To make matters even worse, the hotel refused to issue any refund, despite us leaving because of the unacceptable condition of the room and the lack of basic safety and cleanliness. We paid for a room we couldn’t comfortably or safely stay in. This experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful, especially after such a long drive with a young child. Cleanliness, basic room security, and customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in all three. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

  Zero stars! We called immediately to report a backup battery we left charging in the room, they had us go through a whole process of lost & found, they never reached out, so I called them back 2 days after, Brittany left me on hold for more than half and hour only to tell me that literally the person that cleaned our room took it and nothing they could do about that? They should do backgrounds checks on the people they hired and cleaning training because they are the ONLY one's that go through the rooms to clean them and report the things left behind before someone else gets there, someone already here in the comments said his things were stolen too during his stay. There was pieces of toilet paper underneath the sink, the place was dusty and for what they charge you can stay at a better hotel without worrying about your stuff getting stolen or forgotten, they are sure not accountable for that. Terrible experience! Holiday Inn used to be very good 16 years ago, ever since at any place you stay in this Hotel there will be someone else's dirty socks left behind the curtain, blood stains and dirt around. We had a deal where they pick out of several hotels one cheaper for you, still not cheap but descent price to be around Disneyland, the reason of this trip. Otherwise I wouldn't ever picked this hotel, it was our first time on this one but this tell me regardless where the experience is as awful elsewhere. My last stay was the one in San Diego during vacation because years ago it used to be great, not anymore especially when now they're not accountable for the items house keeping pocketed. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one that has gone through this and never I've experienced this at any other hotels, in the other places the staff has been caring and honest....right here they are posting pictures of mold and they are saying it was glue when clearly that's unhealthy, dishonest and unsanitary, this speaks volumes of their poor accountability. We're definitely not coming back and won't recommend this place at all.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to its unbeatable location and fantastic staff. It’s just a short walk to Disneyland, making it incredibly convenient for park days, no long drives or expensive shuttles needed. The price was also excellent for the area, offering great value. While there were a few hiccups during our stay (the room keys stopped working multiple times, and we had one other issue in the room), the staff handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Hussain made an outstanding first impression by walking out to the waiting area to personally let us know our rooms were ready. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Elizabeth was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond to resolve the key issues and the room problem quickly and effectively. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out. Because of the great hotel staff/team, especially to Hussain and Elizabeth, we would happily stay here again. The perfect location for Disneyland combined with this level of service makes it a winner. Highly recommend!

  We just stayed here for the last 5 days and we had the very best experience. The rooms were nice, the motel was nice, the pool was heated, the hot tub was clean. Everything was super clean. But most of all the staff was AMAZING! From the front desk, to house keeping and kitchen staff. All were super nice and helpful. We will stay again on our next trip to Disneyland. I will say it is about a 15 minute walk to the beginning of downtown Disney but to actually get into the parks it was about 45 minutes (we also had little ones walking)
