I had a king size bed no smoking. It was pretty quiet so I was able to relax. The shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable, I love that I had four pillows lol. The coffee was good, as long as you put the filter in correctly. I like the fact that it has a microwave and refrigerator. I only stayed one night but if I was coming out this way again I'd stay again.
The location of this hotel was great if you're visiting Disneyland. This is one of the only hotels I know that still offers the free shuttle to Disneyland. That made it very convenient. Also offers free breakfast. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The only thing I would say I did not like about the hotel is that it's dirty. And in a somewhat not good location, there's a bar across the street and a little makeshift gas station. And they need to soundproof their rooms because you can hear the highway and cars driving on it all night long if you're on that side. The walls were dirty. The carpet was very filthy. The walls look like they came from the '50s place really does need to be renovated and up to date. But otherwise in that it was good
Overall our experience was good. Definitely needs a facelift. It’s VERY discouraging when you walk down the main hallway to the elevators. Furniture is worn out, but our rooms were decent and linens were clean, it was quiet, hot water, staff was organized and friendly. We did have an issue with our room key not working after the second day (It was an annoying inconvenience after 12 hours at Disneyland.)
The hotel as a whole hole could use a big update. The rooms are somewhat clean. You can see that there is visible dust on the curtains again it’s not the most modern hotel but if all you’re needing is somewhere to lie your head and it’s good enough when it comes to breakfast it’s pretty basic so cereal, yogurt, bagels bread the toasters don’t always work that great so it does take a while to toast your bread and then the waffles that they have are previously frozen waffles that you have to put into the toaster not the end of the world. They only serve sausage links on the weekends. That’s the protein that they have but otherwise they have eggs and oatmeal and cereal every day as well with coffee the shuttle service that we took was great. It took us to Disneyland there’s certain times where you can go and come back so just be mindful of that but otherwise the staff was really nice and whenever we had an issue, they would fix it. I just wish they would just update the hotel as a hole and deep, clean all the carpeting and fix the lighting so it’s not so dim, and I would also like the housekeeping staff to be more tentative to the cleanliness of the room rooms.
Don’t stay here. Room key doesn’t work half the time. Wifi is dodgy. No hot water for the shower. Breakfast was terrible. They had bread but no spreads to put on besides butter and jelly. They have a shuttle for Disneyland to leave at 7:30am. I arrived smack bang on 7:30 and it had already left. Was only arriving then cause of room key not working
