Location, great! Rooms, ok but decent….service, well….Long story short, I loved this place because the hotel is decent, and one MAIN thing, they have a shuttle to the parks. We will never stay there again because they left us and 3 other families stranded at Disneyland at 12:00AM in the morning. They never even accommodated us for it either. Highly disappointed. I’d rate a zero for that if I could. I feel leaving families stranded when promising to pick is up is a big deal but taken very lightly. It was midnight we just walked 12 hour day at the park and we’re tired! We were beyond frustrated. We had to uber ourselves. It’s not the point it’s the principle! Please don’t satay here!!! You may be forgotten too!
This place is so shabby and dirty it's kind of comical. Literally just cleaning and painting would improve the appearance dramatically. It really needs an overhaul, though. The mattresses are stained, the shower bar was falling out of the wall, there is no fridge or microwave (though I didn't care, didn't need it). It's just a shame it's so poorly cared for. That place is being run into the ground. I stayed with my daughter while we were visiting Disneyland, and it got the job done - we were only there for breakfast, showering and sleeping. The breakfast is just ok, not at all great. Eggs, toast, oatmeal, frozen waffles, bagels, coffee, juice. Again, it got the job done. Parking and the shuttle to Disneyland is free, which is nice and very convenient. We came home after a full day at Disney very tired and our room key wouldn't work, had to go back to the front desk and they said that happens a lot. I found the employees to be pretty nice and helpful. I honestly probably wouldn't stay again because it's just so run down and dirty, but I can also say I didn't have any real problems while there.
I had a king size bed no smoking. It was pretty quiet so I was able to relax. The shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable, I love that I had four pillows lol. The coffee was good, as long as you put the filter in correctly. I like the fact that it has a microwave and refrigerator. I only stayed one night but if I was coming out this way again I'd stay again.
Worth the $66 for a Wednesday night. Not much more. Here’s my honest non biased review: -It’s in a shady area about 7 minutes drive to Disneyland. Too far to walk. -It is sorta dirty and outdated. -My room was old, no microwave, no mini fridge, yes coffee maker, yes smaller flat screen with cable. Only one lamp work, furniture is old and stained and scratches everywhere including the walls and doors. Stains on the pillows and very hard beds. The worst is that it smelled really bad. The bathroom was clean, but very old looking and feel. The halls are also smelly like mold and carpets are stained and dirty and little pieces of trash everywhere. Front desk workers are friendly. They do offer a shuttle to Disneyland which is great, however, the night time driver “David” is horrible. He allowed a small child to stay in a stroller while driving which is a safety hazard, he was late, and has unprofessional conversation with children. Nothing sexual, but he’s very annoying. The morning girl was awesome. Drove and was helpful, no unnecessary conversation which is what a professional driver should do. -Breakfast buffet was actually better than any “cheap” place I’ve stayed at. They had frozen waffles and eggs available along with the usual cereal, bread and bagels. But, it was still a little dirty in there also. Overall, I would stay again if it’s just me. But not with children or a friend. Especially if you’re going to Disneyland because you save $40 in parking if you use the shuttle. And only if I get a deal again, I would not stay at full price or anything over $90 total.
The location of this hotel was great if you're visiting Disneyland. This is one of the only hotels I know that still offers the free shuttle to Disneyland. That made it very convenient. Also offers free breakfast. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The only thing I would say I did not like about the hotel is that it's dirty. And in a somewhat not good location, there's a bar across the street and a little makeshift gas station. And they need to soundproof their rooms because you can hear the highway and cars driving on it all night long if you're on that side. The walls were dirty. The carpet was very filthy. The walls look like they came from the '50s place really does need to be renovated and up to date. But otherwise in that it was good
