Christian Penner3 years agoI can't speak to how The Vail is in action but from how my fiance and I were treated I'm sure it will exceed our expectations! The space is beautiful and vast. Lighting is excellent. Sound system throughout the entire venue. Bridal Suite is massive and beautiful. The Grooms room has a pool table and is a good size. Beautiful windows and a large Kitchen. Lots of options for setting up and a great staff to work with.
Rachel Minor8 months agoThe Vail was an exceptional venue for our wedding! It has a large indoor and outdoor space with a modern aesthetic. The VIP suite and extra room make it easy for larger groups to hangout the morning of the wedding.

The clean black-and-white palette, the modern lines, and the indoor/outdoor flow give couples so much versatility and make photos look incredible from every angle. The outdoor ceremony space is spacious and beautiful, and the indoor areas photograph so well. So bright, stylish, and easy to transform for any vision. The team is organized, kind, and genuinely invested in giving couples a seamless experience. Caleb Johnson11 months agoMy wife and I got married here in June of 2025. The venue was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They allowed us to come and visit several times during the planning process so we could better cast a vision for how we wanted to use the space. Additionally, their response time was quick every time we e-mailed with a question, which is not something we always got with other wedding vendors so it made us appreciate the customer service even more. We knew another couple who got married here shortly before us and would echo everything I said above. 5 star venue if you're booking a wedding in Wichita.
