  Great hotel. The front desk workers are amazing and very friendly. Angel and Curlessa were amazing at night when I checked in. They were super nice to everyone who came up to the desk. As a FOM, this was an amazing thing to see as I walked in. Definitely my go-to hotel from here on 🧡 the room was clean, and I won't say the number but I'll definitely request this room from here on out if it's available. It was quiet. Roomy. Great view of the fireworks from Disneyland too.

  A great hotel, safe and cozy, walkable distance to the convention center. Helpful and kind staff, offering free cookie when checking-in, really appreciate it after a long trip. Compared to other hotels, the sound proof is satisfactory. I think the carpet helps. The hotel requires the scanning of room key for the elevator which I feel quite safe. I would hope the convenience store at the lobby opens for a longer time though. Also somehow the curtain always has a slight distance in the middle and I can’t ever get it fully closed.

  I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had we had at this DoubleTree hotel! Wow!! I’ve stayed at a few of these over the years, but this one was so special because of its staff! I made sure to get their names before we left because I wanted to make sure they get recognized for being the stars of our Disneyland trip. Angel, who was our check-in host, was gracious with explaining current tv issues going with the hotel. He made sure we were accommodated without any hiccups and ensured our check-in went smoothly. Curlessa was absolutely amazing!! I spoke with her on the phone before we even arrived to the hotel a few days prior, and she was just as amazing and kind when we met her in person. She’s smiles at every turn and accommodated us with extra towels, blankets when asked, and helped with great navigating tips and directions. Martine was also great! She helped answer our questions and I witnessed her generously help so many other hotels guests that I felt I needed to also mention her name. Oh, and the lady bartender in the bar/lounge was fantastic too. Omg, they were really ALL GREAT! This hotel has a great location (about a 20-25 min walk to Disneyland, Uber is maybe 5-10 mins), good size rooms, the pool was awesome, and even though they are currently going through a renovation, we would have never known it. In a nutshell, this goes to show you that the people (the employees and staff!) can make a real difference in making a trip great and making guests like us feel so welcome. Our trip was extra special because of you all. Thank you from the 3 sisters who brought their 8-year-old niece/granddaughter for a once in a lifetime girls’ trip to Disneyland!

  We stayed here for easy walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center for a cheer competition. The hotel seemed a good balance between price point and location. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to the convention center or Disney, you could do a lot worse--can't fault the location. My biggest problem with the hotel was the quality of the room and beds. We certainly weren't expecting luxury--the hotel itself is probably what I would call a 3 star. The room was just dreary and dank--everything was really old from the un-sittable stiff couch to the tired mattresses that were worn in and indented. They REALLY need to get new ones. The pillows were really bad as well--zero fluff. We left a day earlier than planned because the room just wasn't comfortable and we couldn't sleep well. Also, we checked out the breakfast buffet--took one spin around and said no way are we paying for that. Plenty of good breakfast options in the surrounding area.

  This location is a great price and about 1 mile from Disneyland entrance. I was disappointed there there is no longer a city bus and no hotel shuttle service from the hotel to Disneyland. We did take a car service for about $10 one-way. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The entire staff front desk, coffee shop. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were all very helpful and kind. The hotel is showing a little wear and tear, the in room phone did not work, the tub surround had a large repaired crack and the carpets in hall were getting a little thread bare. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well.
