  Great hotel. The front desk workers are amazing and very friendly. Angel and Curlessa were amazing at night when I checked in. They were super nice to everyone who came up to the desk. As a FOM, this was an amazing thing to see as I walked in. Definitely my go-to hotel from here on 🧡 the room was clean, and I won't say the number but I'll definitely request this room from here on out if it's available. It was quiet. Roomy. Great view of the fireworks from Disneyland too.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE! I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but my experience at the DoubleTree Anaheim was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Curlessa, and she immediately set the tone for what hospitality should look like. Her personality was warm, genuine, professional, and absolutely contagious. She made me feel less like a guest and more like family. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, Curlessa reminded me that it still exists. What impressed me even more happened a few days later. While I was in the lobby, I witnessed a customer speaking to Curlessa in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Most people would have become frustrated or reacted emotionally. Not Curlessa. She remained calm, composed, professional, respectful, and handled the situation with a level of grace that was truly remarkable. I was honestly amazed. That moment alone showed me her character and professionalism. When it came time to check out, I had the pleasure of speaking with Fredy. What an incredible employee! He was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to recommend several amazing local Mexican restaurants that ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. His kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone would expect. The truth is, every staff member I encountered during my stay was fantastic. The hotel was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and operated by a team that genuinely cares about people. DoubleTree should be incredibly proud of employees like Curlessa and Fredy. In fact, if there were a global training program for hospitality excellence, Curlessa should be one of the faces of it. She represents everything a world-class hotel employee should be. Give that woman a raise! She is not only an asset to this hotel she is an asset to the entire DoubleTree brand. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back, and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. Five stars isn't enough. If I could give ten stars, I would.

  I wanted to reach out to you to highlight the following staff Paula; Fredy; Christopher; Angel; Stephanie; Jose; Maria; Curlessa. They went above and beyond to help my family to have an exceptional stay. They were knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service from the check in to check out. This is something that should be recognized and rewarded especially now because so many other places lack this exact quality in their front desk staff. I extended my stay because of their hospitality and will recommend the hotel to others and will be staying here next time I am in town.

  My family and I took a drive from Arizona to California for Disney. Pros: This is a good family hotel with an Italian restaurant, Starbucks, bar, and goft shop that has items from Disney merchandise to Tylenol. They also serve a breakfast buffet that must be paid for. The hotel is not too far from Disney, but there are other hotels that are perfect walking distance. All staff is friendly, and the front reception is clean and tidy along with the dining area and around the grounds. They give you warm cookies upon arrival! We were on the seventh floor which had a nice view, and parking is free if you stay there. I was told the pool is heated, but did not experience this. The rooms and hallways were decorated nicely. Cons: I do agree with some reviewers that there is a smell. I did not smell urine or cigarettes, but it just smells like a renewal is needed in the next five years. This hotel will be one of the top three premier spots in town to stay if they repainted the walls, redo the carpet, and replace the furniture, but not all furniture. We stayed in room 731, and it was a little cold at night. There is a heater which we followed the directions to adjust the temperature, but the fan always ran and the temp never changed. The television in our room could not stop glitching after channel 20, so we really only watched local news such as KTLA. The last review I'd mention is about the beds, which i did not like. They were too soggy, too flimsy to my liking. For example, I sat in the bed and the bed sat with me. Does that make sense? I'd prefer fimer beds or even a little soft, but this mattress and box spring were too loose for me. Overall, this hotel is a decent location with access to many amenities. We will return when, or if, they remodel and will be thrilled to stay again. For now, we will try other hotels in the area.

  They did not disclose when we were booking that there would be a day we could not use any water at all due to renovation. The TVS also did not work and they did not fix it through our our 2 night stay. Location is nice, very close to Disneyland. This is not the place to sleep in, there were construction noises all morning and day.
