Regan Dalton5 months agoRecently stayed at this location for KMEA. Absolutely beautiful property. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was really happy to see a full size refrigerator and microwave in our room. Great location, close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the live jazz music as well. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.
Lenses and Latitudesa month ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel at Old Town was one of the highlights of my visit to Wichita. From the moment I walked into the beautiful multi-story atrium, I knew this wasn't going to feel like a typical chain hotel. The historic building has so much character, yet everything is modern, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. My double queen room overlooking the atrium was much larger than I expected, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in while traveling. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help, making me feel less like a customer and more like a guest in their home. It's that level of hospitality that turns a good stay into a memorable one. One of my favorite features was the location. Situated in Wichita's historic Old Town district, I was able to walk to restaurants, shops, and evening entertainment without ever moving my car. The covered parking garage was convenient, and despite being close to everything, the hotel was remarkably quiet. I never heard traffic or other guests during my stay. Breakfast each morning included both hot and continental options, along with fresh fruit and juice that tasted freshly squeezed. It was the perfect way to start a day of exploring Wichita. I also loved discovering the historical displays throughout the hotel, which celebrate the building's past and add another layer of charm to an already beautiful property. If you're looking for a hotel that combines historic character, outstanding customer service, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and an unbeatable Old Town location, I highly recommend Hotel at Old Town. I'll absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Wichita.

The hotel has a unique aviation theme that ties into the city's history, and I loved spotting the airplane-inspired details throughout the property. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the open atrium gives the hotel a unique feel you don't find everywhere. One of the biggest perks is the location. You're within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and things to do in Old Town, making it easy to explore without constantly driving. I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to Wichita.
Christine Linna month agoI wouldn't stay anywhere else on my trips to Wichita. This hotel has SO much class and comfort. I do not know of any 5 star areas in Wichita, but refuse to ding the Hotel because the neighborhood seems a tad rough. I did not feels unsafe during my stay but would not go walking out alone at all hours either. Great job on the restoration and cool theme throughout!
Krysta Harvey3 months agoI have loved staying at Hotel at Old Town since I was a child. The stylish, timeless decor and artwork always lifts my vibe and makes me feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the conveniences of a full kitchen. The displays of photos and artifacts forms a fascinating mini-museum of Wichita history. The location is prime, with a range of unique restaurants, bars, shops, and other attractions just a few steps away. The staff are welcoming, professional, and dedicated to providing the best guest experience. I especially appreciated Samantha at the front desk! Highly recommend experiencing Old Town by staying here.
