Edy Ortiz3 months agoThe location is great but we’ve had issues everyday we have stayed here. From our room being dirty, to taking hours to deliver towels and toilet paper. Bathroom was filthy bed sheets weren’t changed. I let that go and got some but everyday there’s another issue. Elevators down as well. This is getting ridiculous. For as much as we pay for rooms this is unacceptable. Not to mention the trash and cigarette butts left on the balcony as well as a knife.not to mention all of the mold you can find and random holes in the ceiling in the bathroom.
Ernesto Escobar4 months agoCheck in smooth but when you book they didn't mention a parking fee. 2 complimentary drinks for my buddy and I was good. Rooms are nice and roomy but they need to keep an eye on maintaining rooms up to standard as it is an Embassy Suites as they say. Bath door is split open and balcony was full of water as they don't keep an eye on maintenance.
Lolo Head3 months agoThe shower couldn't turn off completely. Was a lot more then a drip. Next day let the front desk know. They texted me stating it was fixed. It wasn't. All they did was close the handle so tight, my wife couldn't open the handle. Next morning we let front desk know it was still leaking. Symmons Part TA-10 is what they needed to change.
Sean Clarka month agoHad a decent experience here! Our two free drinks tasted great at the bar. The room was a decent size! My only dislike was the extremely tiny and outdated bathroom. The tub/shower combo definitely needs updating and the lighting in the bathrooms is awfully dark. Otherwise, great quick stay!
Dare Ajayi8 months ago⸻ It took me nearly four months to write this review because I honestly couldn’t understand how this hotel is listed under the Hilton brand—it’s easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. That said, I want to start by thanking the night manager, Mike, for taking care of my family. His professionalism and willingness to help made a difficult situation a little easier, and he’s the main reason I’m giving this hotel a 3-star rating, along with the decent breakfast offered during our stay. When we first checked into our room, we immediately noticed a leak in the ceiling near the bathroom entrance. I went downstairs to request a room change, but the staff initially told me that the hotel was fully booked. Thankfully, Mike stepped in and managed to find us a different room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. There was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathtub drain. I had to run hot water down it just to reduce the stench enough to tolerate the space. For the nightly rate they’re charging, the condition of this hotel is simply unacceptable. Between the plumbing issues, cleanliness concerns, and overall maintenance, it does not live up to Hilton’s standards. Sadly, despite the kindness of one staff member, I won’t be returning.
