Got this soda at a conference center and it was delicious. The unlimited refills for the day you bought the soda was really convenient and was actually much more affordable than getting the drinks individually. Loved the barrel styling and flavors available. Worth a try for sure.
Love, love, LOVE being told that they were specifically self-serve when I had asked for help to fill my soda I juts paid $88 to get a mug for. Then not being warned about their kegs shooting the soda outward at about a 30 to 45 degree angle, instead of straight down. That and the black cherry being over pressurized and shooting all over myself and my items and being told the $800+ damages to my items it resulted in was my own fault when I asked for help and was refused it. I asked cause I had things to protect and im autistic. I'd rather resolve things amicably, tried to at the show but was rudely told off. If I have to make this an ADA complaint if not suit, I will. This company prides itself on being "veteran built" while their conduct is wholly unbecoming of using that reputation as a boasting point.
The flavors sadly never tell you when they will be out of rotation. Is literally one of if not the only negative statement I can make in regards to this hometown favorite. The classics such as root beer will ALWAYS be around, but the interest in not phoning it in and becoming as generic as USA Fanta or Faygo is genuinely appreciated. The falls barrel "Western" folksy approach to their business makes them an stand crown pleaser as well as a stand out, which is one of the hardest things to do in a crowded field like Pop production. Pros: Exotic flavors actually high quality accessories such as metal mugs and lids to boot. Cons: No cane sugar alternatives, however that was never a guaranteed in the 1st place, although there is NO alcohol in these beverages, I will say what should already ne known, drink responsibly, and take all things in moderation. The only con is that there is only a roughly 14 flavors have a 0 sugar version. These drinks can become a true addiction. I plan to be a life-long customer, who one day hopes more store shelves will be graced by this company's presence!
I have no issue with the quality of the soda itself, but I am disappointed by the people and businesses this company chooses to franchise with. The actions and behavior of some franchise operators in my area do not reflect the values I would expect from a company that represents a major brand. A franchise is an extension of the company’s reputation, and I believe they should do a better job of selecting and overseeing the people who operate under their name. Until I see higher standards and better accountability, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Best soda I’ve ever had was at the Santa Cruz County Fair. I bought a mug, got the wristband, and enjoyed free refills all day. They had some awesome flavors, I loved them all except I didn’t try the diet root beer. The orange cream and sarsaparilla were definitely the best!
