Rozlyn James6 months agoMosaic Transportation Is the worst. Our Driver named Iris was late, unprofessional, got lost and made us late for our event. She nearly caused an accident and we didn't feel safe with her as our driver. Also, she seemed under the influence of speed because she didn't shut up the whole trip, her jaw was clinched and her eyes were sunken in. She looked and smelled of chemicals. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone, clearly they are not selective with their employees. Two thumbs down for this regrettable company
Levi Ferraz2 years agoExcelente Company. We’ve been use this company for the last two days. 50 drivers. we have a lot of pick up exchange last minute. They was able to fix it all the pick up times for the last minute. I will see you guys are the best. Jeniffer did excellent job on the private line for us. Thank you Jeniffer you are the best.
Vickie Braga8 months agoWe had 2 SUVs pick us up at our hotel to take us to SFO for our move to Spain. Our drivers, Peter and Kevin were awesome helping us with all of our 18 bags and a bicycle in a bag. They even moved the vehicles and came back in to check on us to make sure all of our bags got checked in. I highly recommend Mosaic!
Lisa Tran2 years agoMosaic Transportation provided seamless shuttle service between our wedding ceremony and reception venues in Mill Valley at the end of July 2023. Mosaic provided three 25-person shuttles with professional and kind drivers that picked up and transported around 100 of our guests (roundtrip), along a tricky and narrow route within Mill Valley. From when we first reached out to Mosaic, we worked with Jennifer who was so patient and thoughtful in working with our limited budget and going back and forth via email and over a call to see what options would work with both our budget and the size limitations of our wedding venue. Once we finalized the shuttle details, Jennifer was very responsive in ensuring that we had our manifests and driver info right away. We also had a last minute request where we asked for one of the shuttles to pick up guests from a separate location and Jennifer immediately accommodated our request. On the day of our wedding, it was very helpful to receive live updates via email on when the shuttle drivers had arrived (especially since they were arriving at separate locations and on a staggered schedule). This definitely alleviated some of our day-of stress. As named earlier, the drivers were incredibly professional, kind to our guests, and seamlessly navigated the narrow route. We will want to give a special shout out to our on-site coordinator, Iris, who offered up her own car as a place for the bride and groom to wait prior to the ceremony. We couldn’t wait on a shuttle nearby the location (due to parking limitations), so Iris immediately offered up her own car to wait prior to the ceremony and also to personally transport us after the ceremony. This was truly unexpected and so kind of the team to offer, and added so much to our special day! For anyone looking for event-related transportation, we would strongly recommend working with Mosaic for their professionalism and personalized touch!
Christinea year agoI have been a client of MGT for ten plus years and it has literally been a smooth ride throughout. My interactions with the owners, Maurice & Rhonda, their reservation department, dispatch and their excellent drivers have been positive. Using their limo services has been an efficient way to arrive safely at appointment(s) on time and less stressed.
