Allan Aguinaga5 months agoWent to Flight Deck in Anaheim today and it was amazing! Not only was my instructor awesome and absolutely 💯 knowledgeable in flight. He was able to show us how to quickly pick it up we were up in flight having a blast in no time. Highly recommended. We even wanted to buy souvenir to remember our awesome adventure and the owner gifted us a sick mesh Flight Deck hat! So cool thanks guys! Can’t wait to go back.
Joanne Pike3 weeks agoWe have gone here twice now and done both fighter sessions. The staff is super friendly and it is a unique experience. However, on both occasions, we found the owner to be quite condensing to his staff. He is quite the bully and rather arrogant. Perhaps he believes that it will keep his facility running on schedule and keep things "ship shape." In spite of his approach the staff stays friendly and polite which is much appreciated. On our last trip here, the owner kept telling the new employee, "Remember you are on probation" and at one point he told her "It's not looking good for you." I am pretty sure this was her first day. I wanted to tell her to run while she can! No one should be treated so disrespectfully by their boss. My biggest concern regarding the owner is that he asked me if my grandson was on the spectrum. There were no issues and no reason for any concerns. Also, this is extremely inappropriate and against the Americans with Disability Act. I am posting this publically because I did email the owner regarding my concern and he did not respond to me. Again this demonstrates his arrogance and disregard for treating others with dignity and respect.
natalie vanschindel5 months agoMy boyfriend and I had the best experience today at flight deck. It was the best experience I’ve ever had . The owner and Eric were amazing. Everyone was kind and everything explained in the simulation was easy to understand . Hands down best experience
Heather Asprila year agoThis was the best birthday gift ever!!!! I have had a true passion for fighter jets since I was a kid, going to airshows with my grandpa. This experience was above and beyond any expectations, and I'm definitely going to do it again with family and friends. The staff was amazing. Friendly and fun. See you guys soon!
