I like the Holiday Inn hotels and particular this one.The location is fantastic.The people are wonderful , very kind and pleasant. Jazzi Makk2 weeks agoOne of the quickest easiest check in experience from Adam. Room was pretty outdated and had small beetles coming into the room. The sheets were damp. Maybe an Humidity issue. I will return when the hotel gets renovated. The breakfast lady was nice and had a great smile
Alina S.A.3 months agoThe deal breaker for me was the less than lukewarm water in the shower. After a few hours outside in colder weather to shiver in the shower after allowing it to get to the 4th floor for 15 minutes, that's unacceptable. I tried not to be a Karen when they literally price gauged me by charging $250 during a soccer event that had the hotel full and they canceled my initial reservation. Prices for a king room, next weekend are literally $100 cheaper so I got robbed. Regardless, rooms are unnecessary big, found random long curly hairs in the bathroom and after that freezing shower I tried to use the sketchy hairdryer in a dingy pouch hanging on the door. It had grime and grease on it from previous patrons. But wait there's more! The equipment in the gym has broken display pads hanging by unsecured wires, no hand sanitizer or anything available to clean the equipment, the pool has no ventilation and the chlorine smell is strong (probably a good thing but make it breathable for people with lung issues), and no ventilation in the bathroom so all the steam goes in the bedroom.
Chris N3 months agoThis hotel fraudulently markets that their indoor pool is “heated to the perfect temperature year-round”. In actuality, maintenance keeps the pool at 72 degrees, which is universally recognized as an unacceptable temperature for an indoor pool. It should be set between 77 to 82 for comfortability. So, instead of spending the weekend watching the grandkids swim, I guess we will just lament ever booking this room in the first place.
Sara Guerrero5 months agoThe room was clean minus a stain on the curtains. Beds were clean and comfortable. The AC didn't work in the first room, but they quickly moved us to another room. Staff is very friendly and nice. Pool spa wasnt working and looked dirty. Pool area was nice, but needs an update.
