A Aa month agoExcellent location near Anaheim attractions and the freeway interchange, although this did not add any noise or other intrusions. Very good free breakfast. Room was well-appointed, with a safe, hair dryer, extensive tv channels, nice toiletries, good beds with soft sheets. Pool area well-maintained, with a hot tub. Fitness room and laundry facilities both useful. Free cookies in the afternoon. Excellent stay, and worth the price.
Russell Bettsa month agoThe rooms are super clean and the air in the room was clean. Everyone was very friendly, eager to help. Location is perfect for A's game, Honda Center and only a very short drive to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention center, which was what we were there for. Room rate is very reasonable. Parking is good. All around, a very nice stay.
Bonnie Massaroa month agoUpdate: no response from front desk last night, gone all day, came back late afternoon and seems to be fixed. Turns out someone else checked into this room before us and complained. They moved them and gave us the room knowing there was an issue. Beds were comfortable. Mini kitchen and small table/chairs is a nice touch. Breakfast was great (especially the chef). Easy walk to Angels game. Just checked in 6/12/26. Walked into a very clean room with no a/c and a loud clicking noise. It’s the a/c. Wall unit barely pushing out air. Phone cord to call front desk broken. Walked down and was given an extra key card to keep thermostat on. Told to use wall thermostat not window unit (although that’s what came on with key card). Clicking stops, air comes on. Went to dinner, came back, thermostat off, room is sweltering. Front desk said to turn window unit off and back on. Still no air. Manager leaves at 3:30, maintenance at 4:30. No attempt to call either one, no other rooms. Front desk can’t fix it and doesn’t know what I want him to do. Completely unacceptable. We are here until Tuesday morning. It’s Friday night. We have a group with four other rooms here at our recommendation. You’d think they’d care if their guests are comfortable, and we know of at least one other room complaining about the same thing, but front desk seems unbothered. I’m waiting for front desk to “get back to me” after I demanded he call management. Not holding my breath.
DeeDee Ponatha month agoWow, this hotel is Perfection!! I clean houses for a living and Believe me whenI say this place is Clean✨️❤️🙂 It brought me So much Joy!! It has comfortable rooms, a Yummy breakfast each morning and is in a Great location with other restaurants near by, the Angeles stadium is Close and near Disneyland. I LOVED staying here😍👍
Shara McTeera month agoBeautiful hotel. Great staff. Nice pool and Jacuzzi!! Absolutely loved our room. King bed with a separate pull out couch! Within walking distance to the Angels stadium!! Will definitely be coming back!!
