We are a family of four with two toddlers. We have always stayed on the Harbour Boulevard side of Disneyland but chose this one for the price. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would likely stay there again. The rooms were huge, beds were comfortable, and having kitchen amenities was a bonus. The included breakfast had eggs, sausages, bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt, granola, fruit, and other sides and beverages. They also have a happy hour on certain days with complimentary snacks and alcoholic beverages. It was a solid 17-20 minutes down the backside of Disney through downtown Disney. You’re able to take the Disney parking lot tram but we just walked as a cast member said it wasn’t worth it. We couldn’t have done it without a stroller for both kids. They didn’t advertise this to guests but there is actually a public bus a half a block away on Ball Rd that takes you to the Disneyland gates off Harbour Blvd in just two stops and only costs a few bucks, the same for return. The pool is small and was absolutely freezing. Brianna, front desk manager, had excellent customer service and we are incredibly appreciative of all of her help during our stay. Parking was convenient and much cheaper than hotels directly on the strip. Would recommend!
I want to start right out by saying that my rating should actually be more like a 4.5 rather than a 4, but Google doesn't allow that. A group of 4 of us stayed here last week while visiting Disneyland. I've stayed at multiple off-property hotels at Disney, and so far this is probably the best. The front desk staff is incredible - they are kind and very helpful. Any hotel that is walking distance to a Disney theme park that serves a complimentary breakfast is worth its weight in gold - the breakfast spread was fairly basic, but tasted good (and was free). If you are heading to Disney, the parks are all walkable from the hotel and you can expect to walk just shy of a mile from the front door of the hotel to the Downtown Disney security gate - easy in the morning, but can feel a lot longer in the evening. There is also a slight uphill section of the walk that can feel a lot steeper when you are tired. I would have liked to only dock the hotel half a star, but the only thing preventing me from giving the hotel a perfect rating was housekeeping. The rooms are clean - that isn't an issue - but we were told at check in that housekeeping would check in on the rooms each day and do a very basic touchup service. We stayed here for 4 nights and housekeeping did not check in once. This wasn't really a huge issue for our group, but we would have liked to have fresh towels in the room after a long day in the park. The front desk was AWESOME about sending up as many clean towels as we needed, so that wasn't an issue at all, but after walking several miles each day, waiting for clean towels at the end of the day felt a little inconvenient. This is the only issue we had, and honestly it wasn't a huge one. Next time we are in Anaheim, we'll definitely be back.
We had a great experience here. Staff was suoer friendly and helpful. Is a short walk to the Disney tram maybe 15-20 mins. Breakfast was great everyday, except for our last day of our trip on the weekend when we were told it closed at 10:30, and they were closing at 9:30 was our only complaint. The kitchen was nice to have with a full size fridge, stove, sink and dishwasher. We will definitely go here again.
This hotel was okay. We stayed for 7 nights, and here are my thoughts. I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the park, and it was easy to access the parking garage for Disneyland. There was a variety of breakfast items, and most of it was pretty good. I really loved that they had a soda fountain as an option in the morning. The room was fairly clean, and it was comfortable. However, the hallways had some of the worst smells I’ve ever smelled. I had to plug my nose walking to my room or risk throwing up. I’m not joking. I don’t know what was going on, but it wasn’t good. The water temperature also varied in an inconvenient way. There were a few instances where our water didn’t get hotter than lukewarm at best. That was really difficult, especially for my little 5-year-old. Lastly, the hotel management seemed a little disorganized. At first, they said we wouldn’t have room service because they were understaffed, but then we definitely had it every day. Then we wanted to buy something from the little store near the lobby, but they didn’t have internet, so they couldn’t take our payment, so we couldn’t actually buy anything. And then there was no communication about the parking fee. As I mentioned, we stayed there 7 nights, but we were only charged the last two days of our trip - one for $25.20 and the other for $29. It was confusing, and we talked to them about it. Apparently, we were supposed to be charged every day for it (which I was expecting anyway), but I don’t understand why they didn’t tell us and why they charged us different amounts for different days. After this experience, would I stay here again? Would I recommend this hotel? I’m not sure I would. The location is great, and so is the price. However, I don’t know that all of that makes up for the negative aspects. Maybe if the hotel staff had at least been organized and helpful that would’ve made the difference.
Staff was very friendly and the GM was very friendly and Joey the front desk attendant was also very nice upon our check in . Beds ware clean and comfortable suit accommodated a family of 6 and had anything we need it .super close to Disney’s parking lot and park and breakfast was great . I will stay here again ! I do recommend staying at stay bridge 100 !
