C CHAVEZZZ3 months agoThe room was great. All we wanted was a a quick comfy bed to sleep for a few hours and the room was great. We arrived at anaheim late everything was expensive for saturday. This place was perfect. We have two kids and we slept great before Disney. The barbacoa tacos next to the hotel were great by the way.
Albert Huynh3 months agoThe room was not as clean as expected. Leftover residues here and there. Bed was comfortable, breakfast some days were better than others. Customer service is friendly, convenient location 10 mins from Disneyland parking coming back. Around the block is Orange Outlet and In n Out Burger for midnight snacks after Disneyland.
Erin Cain7 months agoThis place was really convenient for taking my grandma to her UCI medical appointments. I was able to push her in her wheel chair over. The elevator is a bit small for wheel chairs. Rooms were super clean. They sell grandmas favor lemon ices at the front desk. They give you free on parking if your staying with them to go to uci appointments.

She greeted me with warmth, patience, and a smile that honestly changed my whole day. I was having a stressful time, and without even knowing my situation, she treated me with so much empathy and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. That kind of human touch is rare these days. Because of Jerealdi, this didn’t feel like just a hotel stay — it felt like being welcomed. She is a true asset to this hotel, and people like her are the reason guests come back. Thank you for making a hard day easier and for reminding me that genuine kindness still exists.
