Beautiful design throughout the hotel, high room standards and an excellent breakfast. Even the coffee stands out, which is an important detail. Special thanks to Didier and Imane for the warm hospitality - well appreciated and we'll be back soon! Update: Excellent handling of lost & found via Faundit. Quick responses from the team & fast delivery. Even looks like they took the extra time to take care of my garments. Well done!
Hasan Faresa month agoI had a really nice stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brussels. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. A worker called Naomi (or something similar) was especially friendly and made the experience even better with her kindness and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
Evelyn Y3 weeks agoThis is supposed to be a 4-star hotel and, on the surface, the property looked clean. Unfortunately, I had a pretty awful experience during my 3-night stay. At check-in, I was informed there would be a planned power outage from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM due to maintenance. Around 3:00 AM, I woke up hearing a fly buzzing around the room and experienced intense itching. I immediately became concerned about bed bugs. The next day I requested a room change. The reception staff refused, stating that the hotel was full. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not on site. I then asked if they could at least call the manager regarding the situation, and they refused. Instead, they insisted on changing the linens and pillows, and suggested that my itching might be due to an allergy to the pillows. As someone who was concerned about bed bugs, that explanation made no sense to me. This experience resulted in bites all over my body from my back, shoulders, arms, elbows, waist and legs This property uses mattress pads, and simply changing the linens and pillows would not have addressed the issue. I refused to stay in the room unless they could provide a different mattress or a different room. It was only after other guests in overhearing me mentioning about bed bugs that the hotel suddenly found a way to move me to another room. Whether or not the hotel wants to acknowledge the possibility of bed bugs, what bothered me most was how my concerns were handled. I felt dismissed, and it took far too much effort to get a room change. It turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a stressful and traumatizing experience. I expect much better customer service from a hotel in this price range and category.

It’s centrally located and makes getting around the city incredibly easy. 2. Excellent Staff: The check-in process was a breeze. The staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. 3. Cleanliness: The room was spotless.
Hamit Kara5 months agoWorst Hilton Experience Ever ⭐️ I have stayed in many Hilton properties and have always been treated exceptionally well as a Gold member, but my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brussels was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. The room condition was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there were long black hairs left in the shower, which is unhygienic and not acceptable for any hotel. The room had a window, but it was covered with a film, making it impossible to see outside. When I requested a different room, despite my Gold status, the staff refused to accommodate me and offered only a cleaning service, which I declined. While in the room, the shower door handle broke and fell into my hands, which was unsafe and highly concerning. The following day, at breakfast, a staff member told me I was not eligible for breakfast, citing a supposed error in the app. Instead of helping me resolve the issue at reception or walking me through the app, I was simply turned away, which is a clear example of very poor customer service. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel showed no real interest in guest satisfaction, and I felt that legitimate concerns were ignored rather than addressed. Compared to the high standard I normally experience at Hilton properties, this stay was unacceptable and deeply frustrating. I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise caution, as my experience was completely out of line with what I have come to expect from Hilton.
