Julie Jarrett3 weeks agoOne of the best hotels I have stayed at. The buffet breakfasts were amazing a large variety and quality was outstanding. The pool was so refreshing. I loved the slippers and are still using them for the rest of my trip. The attention to detail was exceptional eg cord ties. Ammenities provided were lovely. Special packs for the kids. Everything was done very well. Staff lovely.
Brennan Spillman2 months agoTop notch through and through. This was my first time staying at a Mandarin Oriental and I know we’ll be staying there when we come back to Singapore. The staff was incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival the valet took our luggage to deliver when we checked in. The front desk staff was incredible, we were on our honeymoon and after check in front desk (I forgot her name -super sweet!) escorted us to our room. They had rose petals and two towel swan’s on the bed such a nice touch! A few weeks prior to our arrival I reached out to get photos of the gym and they sent them promptly with great photos. The hotel is central to so much we walked to the gardens, the sands and to the hawker market. The food was great and the staff would always say hello and help us if needed with anything. This is truly a 5 star hotel. We’ll be back soon. ☺️
suki pang3 weeks agoThe location, very friendly staffs, comfy bed. A big shout out to Jenny and housekeeping team for the lovely decoration done for my daughter’s room. Everything looked beautiful and welcoming, and it made her event even more special. We truly appreciate the effort and creativity from the team. Also, to Guest relation teams for the bottle of wine in her room! Thank you MO staffs for creating a warm and memorable experience for our family during our 3 nights stay.
Nina Brunker2 months agoWe loved our recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. The staff were all incredible. The attention they paid the kids was so sweet and their thoughtfulness was really noted. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us, where we were from, and what our plans were for that day. The breakfast buffet was incredible - one of the best we've ever had. The hotel is architecturally beautifully and well looked after. The room had everything we needed. My son showed a particular interest in the robot, which takes dirty dishes away during the breakfast (at Embu). This was noticed by one of the staff, so when it came time to sending the robot back to the kitchen, he asked my son if he wanted to help him do it and showed him which buttons to press to send the robot on its way. My son absolutely loved this! On the morning of our check-out (April 9th), after breakfast, we were going to be heading to the Marina Bay Sands Cruise Terminal to board the newest Disney cruise ship. One of your servers noticed that we were all wearing matching Mickey Mouse t-shirts and must have realised we were going on the Disney cruise, so she brought over a freshly cut mango on a plate with a chocolate that said 'Bon Voyage' on it. That was really special - thank you!
A Ca month agoThe housekeeping team was exceptional in keeping our room clean and fulfilling our requests for 4 nights. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of healthy options (steamed fish/veggies), which I appreciated. The room service food was also great (we loved the burger especially). Needless to say MO’s service was outstanding.
