Ginger Engelsa month agoWhat a great place to stay! Friendly desk help, very clean, updated, nice pool area, and DOGS are allowed!! Our room was clean, modern, large glass shower and I personally loved the Dove products. Most hotels will have shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. This hotel had hair conditioner which was a great addition. It's sometimes those "little" things that really impress. The king bed was very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, plus a coffee machine. Quiet time at 10 pm so we slept very well. Love that two restaurants are very nearby in case you don't want to eat at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great hotel experience.
Rachel Ohmes3 months agoThe staff are really nice and friendly, though I think additional training is needed. I worked with three different staff members since I had a group there for an onsite conference, and all three seemed confused. One of them even sent my group member up to a room not knowing if someone was already there, which was incredibly unsafe. I also booked five regular king rooms but was forced to pay for two suites as I assume they overbooked themselves. Since the renovations, the public areas look a lot nicer. The rooms are a bit outdated and the bathroom, especially the shower, could definitely be cleaner. The bed is without a doubt the worst thing I have ever slept on, to the point I struggled to sleep while staying here. Overall, I don't think I would stay here if my conference wasn't hosted here every year.
Tony Sannella2 weeks agoThis hotel is definitely on the decline.And you can see it in every corner that you look.And in the eyes of every staff member working here. Our room had doors that stock wouldn't open and close.The coffee maker failed to work.The bar was serving horrible mixed drinks.Breakfast was straight out of a holiday and express, and no one seemed to care. They don't clean your room the first day that you stay.So there's no coffee in the room.The next day and there are no clean towels. We won't be staying here again and hope that after reading this review, you will decide not to stay here either.
Quinn Sumrall2 months agoThe lobby/ entrance area makes the place look big and clean and nice. The room was just okay. The bathtub took a good 20 minutes to fill as it drained right back out because the stopper didn't work well. Nothing was dirty. The room had been cleaned. But I'm not sure that I would pay that much money for that stay again.
Denys Mikhalenko3 months agoThis was a terrible experience. During our stay, my wife was bitten by what very clearly appeared to be bed bugs. We reported it to the hotel, and instead of handling the situation responsibly, they hid behind a so-called “inspection” and later claimed that nothing was found. That response was incredibly convenient for them, but it did nothing to address what actually happened to us. No real accountability, no meaningful help, and no compensation at all. It felt like the hotel’s main concern was denying the problem rather than taking care of their guests. I would not trust this place, especially if cleanliness and honest customer service matter to you.
