Dirk Desadeleer4 months agoBeautiful hotel, a lovely, well-maintained room. It had a wonderful scent. Towels, soap, and all toiletries were provided. The breakfast was basic but tasty. Everything you need for a good breakfast was there. The reason I gave it a 3 for service is because there was a person at the reception who I got the impression was working against her will. Otherwise, everything was fine, and you definitely get what you pay for.
Sepideh Ghaemian3 months agoThe room was very damp and had an unpleasant smell. The wallpaper was peeling and bubbling due to moisture in the walls. It felt more like an ordinary 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. We stayed for three days, and on Monday morning we couldn’t sleep because of construction work in the building starting early. The doors were not soundproof, so noise was easily heard. However, the location was very good and within walking distance to everything.
Sharon Weddell3 months agoI loved this hotel. It was clean and had all that we needed. The location was perfect. Even has a roof top bar for dinner and drinks. They lost a star as the room was just to dark and dingy for me. The light by the front door was bright and the rest was all dull. As we get up early was a bit annoying to get ready. That's my super picky opinion. The staff are wonderful they even helped book us a taxi.
belmaunify6 months agoWe stayed at the Bedford Hotel for four days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and pleasant. Although we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, we did visit the rooftop area, which was absolutely lovely and offered a great place to relax. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel for the kind gesture of providing us with a room offering a beautiful view in celebration of my birthday. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more special and memorable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. Overall, our four-day stay at the Bedford Hotel was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable hotel experience.
Patrick Jardinea month agoWhat a wonderful hotel for our first time abroad together as a couple. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We were both pleasantly surprised that the gentlemen on the reception desk were anime fans and so keen to engage in conversation with us about it. Such a warm welcome all round.
