  Dear Palm Court Team, We came to Palm Court today expecting a delicious and delightful lunch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences we have had in years. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived — something that should perhaps have been a warning sign — but we were so impressed by the beautiful renovation that we decided to stay. We ordered two flutes of Champagne, water, and cannelloni. As far as we know, Champagne is traditionally served and savoured as an apéritif, before the meal. The waiter then returns to ask what the client would like to drink with the meal. We had barely taken three sips of our Champagne when the cannelloni arrived. When we explained that we were still enjoying our apéritif, the waiter replied that we should have mentioned this in advance. As a result, we were forced to pair a fine Champagne with our main course, which completely spoiled the experience. We had planned to enjoy an extra glass of wine with the cannelloni, followed by coffee and dessert. We certainly still had room for dessert after two small cannelloni served with just a tiny spoonful of tomato sauce (for €30). Appalled by the lack of service, quality and attention, we left immediately after finishing the main course. As a five-star hotel, one would at least expect a higher standard of service and basic knowledge of dining etiquette from the staff. We would appreciate it if you could kindly educate your team on this matter.

  The Corinthia Grand Hotel offers an unparalleled guest experience. It feels as if the management team gives the entire staff a superbowl winning pump up speech each morning, which they all hurrah to. I can only explain it as if every single employee of wants you to feel like a foreign diplomat visiting their country for the first time. Each one of them is not only happy to assist you but proud to be doing so. The bellhop races to pick up your luggage while another holds an umbrella for you. The front desk manager, proudly invites you on a tour of his hotel remarking at the extravagant renovations and hinting to parts you may enjoy most. The spa staff asks about your travels and recommends treatments to best suit your specific needs. You don’t have a razor to shave before your meeting tomorrow? One will be hand delivered to your room. Without a doubt, the most polished hotel staff who have ever taken care of my visit. These guys want to be the best and deliver every single time. Everything feels fresh because it is. The grand old hotel, has been preserved and modernized to the fullest extent. The lavish atrium when you enter is abundant with sunlight and shinny marble floors. Each dining experience in the hotel has its own distinct feel and curated menu. The upscale speakeasy style bar feels like a place where you can enjoy a drink while quietly reading a book or exchange stories with other jubilant travelers. You’ll want sit at each couch and arm chair as they all look so welcoming and offer their own experience of the lounge. The spa, pool and hot tub is state of the art and essential to your stay. The relaxation room is a phenomenal touch which I haven’t seen before. Here you can enjoy herbal teas, admire stunning photography books or just shut your eyes post treatment before returning to your day. The bedrooms are a real winner as that is ultimately why we are here. I promise you’ll feel at ease the moment you step in. I appreciated the incredibly plushy comforters + bed sheets, high ceilings, tall windows, and modern touches like air play to the TV and integrated Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom allowing you to listen to your own music as you bathe. Room service is fire and has its own distinct hot menu and 24/7 late night option too! The Corinthia Hotel is unmatched and I encourage everyone to stay there even if just for a night as a did. It feels like a resort and delivers on all fronts. Bravo to the management team and staff you guys nailed it.

  By far the best hotel I've ever visited! Exceptional service at all touchpoints and time of the day. Arthur with the concierge team was an absolute gem, and made my mother's pre birthday celebration one of our most memorable to date. He helped us find a restaurant in a very short amount of time that perfectly suited our request, and as a consequence we received an impeccable experience at arrival with a personalized letter. Attentive, caring, enthusiastic and show an interest in customers that is beyond surface level to fill a check list but to make our stay one that is singular. Memory rich across all touchpoints including reception, concierge, spa, boutique, restaurant, speak-easy (oops sorry for the spoiler) and breakfast. We had a small mishap at the breakfast but left no bitter aftertaste thanks to the teams situational and emotional awareness. I believe it was Ryan who took care of our check in and his chivalry as well as well mannerisms, brought true sparkles to our eyes. Couldn't speak highly enough of this establishment and their team. They made our girls staycation one for the books 💙

  We visited their café. Such excellent service and a great atmosphere, along with the interior, are very rarely seen and experienced. The level of service is very high. However, there are a few things I would criticize about this café. Considering that a cappuccino costs €8 and a cake €16, there are artificial plastic flowers on the tables, and the cappuccino is far from perfect; for example, I expected a nice latte art and similar touches. The cake for €16 is nothing special. Nevertheless, I would still recommend everyone to come and experience the elegance and sophistication of the space.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Corinthia Hotel for a birthday weekend getaway. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed the cocktail bar, the delicious breakfast, the relaxing spa, and both restaurants in the hotel—each offering a fantastic experience. A special mention goes to Loïc, who was an excellent point of contact throughout our stay. His professionalism and attentiveness made our visit even more memorable. We definitely coming back. Highly recommended!
