Jerry Cole5 months agoRemember back when luxury hotels were truly luxurious not just in finishes but also SERVICE! Yes, it’s unusual in the US but you can rekindle those memories at the Four Seasons in Nashville. Everyone here was spectacular to us with their service and constant recognition and gratitude of our stay, and our room was outstanding as well in upkeep and decor. There were a few small overlooked items by housekeeping but a quick phone call or chat with the staff on the app and all our concerns were resolved. Special thanks to Kayla at Mimo for taking great care of us!
Halloweena month agoThe valets are professional and quick. Very very sweet! They deserve the max tip. I step in, leaving the buzzing Nashville streets behind me, to be greeted by a beautifully designed sight. The flattering light envelopes and warms me from the rain. It’s safe, like home. I don’t have to be vigilant regarding the silly (usually harmless), “Wanna know each other?” rascals. I haven’t been to the rooftop area yet, but the lower bar has very attentive staff. I rarely have to wait for anything and they are exceptionally kind. Cozy cushions at a small table, a restaurant area, or a seat at the bar, with chairs that have BACK SUPPORT! ❤️👏 I go here to relax. Sip, read, or have an AirPod popped into one ear to enjoy my playlists or a podcast/audiobook. I do look around, hoping to find an intellectual partner to have a nice chat with. :) Everyone is friendly, but mostly keeps to themselves. No I was not paid this for advertisement. It’s my holy grail safe place in Nashville.
Alexis Youna month agoStayed here while in town shopping for dental equipment. The location was central and easy to get to and from. The rooms were what I expected from the Four Seasons, clean, comfortable and good amenities. The first floor restaurant where we grabbed breakfast and drinks served delicious bites and was very convenient. Would highly recommend.
Kait H5 months agoThis does not match the quality or professionalism of the four seasons in atlanta. I was here with my husband for our honeymoon and we felt incredibly unwelcome. There were tons of hidden fees to the point we didn’t order anything after our first night, including having to pay nearly $100 extra for the wrong bottle of wine until we ourselves had to bring it to their attention (which was initially met by a man at the front desk with rudeness). I have stayed at many four and five star hotels and none had this pretentious vibe. You are much better staying at any 3 star hotel in downtown than here unless you love throwing money in a dumpster fire.
Jason Rejano5 months agoThis was our fourth stay at a Four Seasons property, and we have consistently had great experiences with the brand. This visit did include a few minor hiccups compared to our previous stays, but true to their name, the team made every effort to make things right. We experienced some issues with the room, including lighting concerns and miscommunication around turndown service, as well as not receiving service during part of our stay. Julia, who leads housekeeping, stepped in that evening and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. She was kind, responsive, and extended additional hospitality, which we truly appreciated. At checkout, the management team also acknowledged the challenges and ensured we left on a positive note. There were many positives during this stay. The room was excellent, and the view overlooking downtown Nashville was great. The location is ideal, close enough to Broadway to walk there and return easily, even in cold weather. We also booked massages and really enjoyed the experience. The spa and relaxation time beforehand were highlights of the stay and are highly recommended. Overall, it was a great experience with a few bumps along the way, but the team handled them well and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of service is why we continue to return and why they are the Four Seasons.
