Ivana month agoThis hotel is absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely room which was quiet and comfortable, but you could step out the front door and immediately enjoy all that the Grand Place area has to offer. We went to Bruges on one day of our stay, and the hotel even had umbrellas to borrow for €3. Super handy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with directions and suggestions for things to see and do, they really listened to our interests and gave us some great tips.
Mark Brady4 months agoHad a wonderful stay at the hotel - the staff were incredibly friendly from start to end. My 9-year old daughter was very happy with the lovely plush toys they offered her when we arrived, the room was ideal for our needs, and the breakfast was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the hotel again.
Glenn Chandler6 months agoPerfect location for central access. Rooms clean and tidy, staff were super helpful bar our check in lady...maybe she was a tad stressed. Breakfast was very disappointing during our stay as the got selection was cold due to an issue with the hot station. Did raise it with reception at check out but no explanation was offered, nor a discount on said Breakfast. Dylon was super helpful as was other members of staff when we needed advise or recommendations.
Blerina Xhania month agoWe stayed here for one night and paid the same price as we paid in Den Haag, same Novotel. It was nothing like the Den Haag experience (which was excellent)! The room was not cleaned properly, the toilet and the bath have not been cleaned at all and even after our complain it was not properly cleaned. No slippers, no water, no minibar available! Apart from the great location and the friendly reception guy, nothing suggested a pleasant stay. The hotel needs renovations and improvements. Definitely going to Novotel again but not to this one in Brussels!
Darren5 months agoLocation of this hotel is good. There is an open space outside of the hotel that hosts events, it is about a minute walk to Grand Place, less than five minutes walk to Brussel-Centraal, which is a metro stop and direct train to Brussels airport in about 30 minutes. Overall, it is an easy and convenient access to the main touristy sites. I stayed here in late December 2025 and was upgrade to the Executive Room. Minibar items were included with the room. It was a corner room that faces to the rear of the property towards the Hilton hotel, hence no noise from the streets. However, soundproofing between rooms is not as good especially if someone slams their door or when someone knocks on the door of the other rooms. There were a few times I thought someone was knocking on my door. Staff were super friendly and the check-in and out process was fast and hassle free. Room cleaning provided daily, but you can opt out if you prefer. I would recommend this hotel. I paid an average nightly room rate of about EUR 155, which I found it reasonable. Review from Singapore, as an Accor Gold member.
