The hotel is impeccably clean, with a generously sized and very comfortable bed that makes resting truly enjoyable. Although the room is not particularly spacious, it is thoughtfully designed and feels polished rather than compact. The location is exceptional — just moments from Brussels Central Station — making day trips to cities like Bruges effortless and convenient. The only slight drawback was the elevator, where an unusual odor was consistently noticeable. While it did not affect the room experience itself, it was somewhat distracting. Overall, a well-appointed and strategically located hotel that offers comfort and convenience
Kyle Rowlandsa week agoMarwan at the front desk was a fantastic help. So friendly, he recommended things to do and offered helpful information on brussels. He also got us a taxi rather quickly as flagging one down would have taken much longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. Food and cocktails in the restaurant were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location.
sophiea month agoOur experience here was very good. It is a chic and trendy hotel in an excellent location. Having multiple bolts and vois right outside was very handy for us and i would definitely recommend using them. Service was great in the bar however the front desk was very slow. Only one there most of the time causing a line in reception. The rooms were very clean and the water was a nice touch. No mirror anywhere near a plug or on the desk making getting ready a bit hard along with the lack of natural light in rooms. Overall, i would recommend this hotel in Brussels for its exceptional location.
okyanusb4 months agoA quiet, peaceful hotel. We only used it for night sleeps during our city tour. It's clean and a really great place to relax. The beds are comfortable and there's a lovely lavender scent everywhere. It's within walking distance of Gar Centraale and many other places. Thanks to its proximity to the train station, we were able to easily visit Brugge and Ghent. I gave it 4 stars because of the gentleman who greeted us on the first day and handled our check-in. I found his manner of speaking to us a bit racist and didn't like it. Nevertheless, thank you for everything.
Maxi AP7 months agoAs a frequent business traveller to Brussels (and former resident), this hotel was a very nice surprise. The room is cool and comfortable, with a proper desk to work at, a good shower, wardrobe, and all the essentials. It is slightly less on the luxury side compared to some competitors nearer Grand Place with the same star rating, but it more than makes up for it with functionality and the politeness and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was also quite nice. Very likely to return.
