Angela Smith4 months agoFront Desk attendant was very patient and knowledgeable. Most of the guests here are displaced due to the ice storms and everyone is stressed. But the vibe is good here because if the great staff. The bartender is also amazing. The Hot Cider Cocktail is a must! Wish I wasn’t so disoriented from 4 days with no power and took a moment to remember their names. You should know if you are a Marriott member, they run their own rules. Go there with an open mind and enjoy yourself. This is not the Ritz. This is a great hotel with fantastic renovations though!! Think vibey place with good staff.
Emily Hackett2 weeks agoListen, I am a local so I had no real reason to stay here other than wanting a staycation somewhere relaxing and I feel like I got that. Vibes were great. Michael took care of me at the bar. Reese, at the pool the next morning. Drinks were awesome. When I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv to cast my show, someone came to help me so quickly. My only two cents was that staying on the basement floor means loud hallways. They need some sound paneling or rugs. The aesthetic down there could use some more lighting too. I got really creeped out stepping out of my room to go get more water at midnight. But other than that, I loved my stay!
Andrew Foxa month agoI absolutely love this hotel. Yes the rooms are cool and fun and yes the lobby is awesome filled with live music and great food but there are two things that stand out - 1. The accommodating and above and beyond service. Every need is meticulously tended to and so friendly. They made a restaurant suggestion and it was OUTSTANDING! 2. The coffee - now I know, hotel coffee right - WRONG! The room coffee is Nespresso Vertuo - omg - it’s incredible and exactly what you need to kick start your day. I stay here every time I’m in town for work or for fun. Do not hesitate to book.
Tammy Richardsa month agoWhat a complete and total little hidden gem so close to everything Nashville has to offer! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and designed with calming earth tones, live greenery and a fully zen vibe throughout. The open patio doors in the bar while sitting on a plush couch with a view out to the beautiful pool area is the perfect place to relax. The live music at night was fantastic! The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The lighting was a little dim, but that is literally the only tiny critique I can make. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
Mina D2 months agoThis room overall met our expectations. The only thing that particularly stood out during our stay was Miles and is the reason I am even writing this review. He came to fix our TV because it didn’t work upon arrival. He was really kind and speedy, a jack of all trades, really! He was fantastic and I hope he is valued and treated well here. As for the rest of the stay, You check in yourself and do everything electronically, this worked well for us but I sure am glad my parents weren’t traveling with us. Staff was responsive via text when our TV wasn’t working. Parking is $34 per night. I don’t know the area too well but that seems insane. Even Vegas isn’t charging that much a night to park. The bedroom did not have a TV, only the lounge area. Coffee is provided in the room which was a big plus. Overall pleasant stay!
