Janice Moran3 weeks agoWe were so pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended! We inquired immediately about the ac in our room and honestly, within 10 minutes maintenance was already in the room. Easy fix and had the best nights sleep! From check in to check out, the friendliest and most professsional staff we’ve encountered in some time! Food was fantastic in the sun room! Pool/pool bar was perfect - so relaxing!! Would love to stay again!
Heidi Gohla month agoI was nervous when we booked by some of the reviews but I’m glad we didn’t do any changes because of them. First off, very clean when walking in and smell great, the staff located at the front were all very polite, helpful, and kind. I LOVED having a code for the room and not having to have a key. The cafe was adorable and the lounge area was comfy. The pool area was fantastic and despite it being a busy weekend wasn’t too insanely packed. Our room was so clean. The amenities were fantastic especially the steamer and blow dryer!! Loved all the space to put my things. The ice machine worked fantastic and literally every part of this hotel was pristinely clean. Not to mention the traffic noise was not bad in the slightest and could barely hear any other hotel stayers. I’m beyond impressed especially with the fantastic price we paid! The walk to broadway was easy, even after being nervous after seeing reviews we never felt unsafe. Walking to Nissan stadium was easy peasy. We are already discussing a trip next year to this hotel specifically!!!!
Devils MetsFan3 weeks agoRoom and staff were excellent. The location is in the middle of nowhere so that is why it lost 1 star. The place is a little bohemian style place, very chic and most of the people who stay here are on the younger side. If you want to be in walking distance to Nashville night spot this is not the place. Uber was only $6.00 so not bad. You are next to the highway but you cannot hear it , we were on the sixth floor facing the highway.
Emily Hacketta month agoListen, I am a local so I had no real reason to stay here other than wanting a staycation somewhere relaxing and I feel like I got that. Vibes were great. Michael took care of me at the bar. Reese, at the pool the next morning. Drinks were awesome. When I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv to cast my show, someone came to help me so quickly. My only two cents was that staying on the basement floor means loud hallways. They need some sound paneling or rugs. The aesthetic down there could use some more lighting too. I got really creeped out stepping out of my room to go get more water at midnight. But other than that, I loved my stay!
Andrew Fox2 months agoI absolutely love this hotel. Yes the rooms are cool and fun and yes the lobby is awesome filled with live music and great food but there are two things that stand out - 1. The accommodating and above and beyond service. Every need is meticulously tended to and so friendly. They made a restaurant suggestion and it was OUTSTANDING! 2. The coffee - now I know, hotel coffee right - WRONG! The room coffee is Nespresso Vertuo - omg - it’s incredible and exactly what you need to kick start your day. I stay here every time I’m in town for work or for fun. Do not hesitate to book.
