Luci K2 weeks agoWe had a great stay at the hotel. The location is really perfect in the centre above the famous Gallery Saint Hubert. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel and the room is specious and well designed. Unfortunately the bathroom has a good design but was not well constructed since the floor and sides of the waterproof painted floor and wall of the shower are already lifting off the floor and wall. The airco in the room works well, but once in a while it started to make loud noise like the pump of a espresso machine. We made a comment about this to the staff, so hopefully the next guest's don't have this noise anymore.
Kaori Nogiwa3 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at Hôtel des Galeries. The location is fantastic — right inside the beautiful Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. It is incredibly convenient for restaurants, cafés, and shopping, and the atmosphere of the gallery itself is elegant and charming. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern and stylish interior. We felt very relaxed there and would definitely love to stay again in the future. One small tip for future guests: when taking an Uber to the hotel, the navigation sometimes stops a little away from the entrance, so it may require a short walk. However, when we asked the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to the airport, everything was very smooth and easy. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily stay here again.
nategre gre6 months agoThe location was amazing. The room was spacious (apartment in queen's quarters) and incredibly quiet but for the price, it definitely could have been better. There was no thermostat in our room. The towels were very thin. The curtains were somewhat torn, cheap, and poorly installed. The shower had dirt/mold in all the grout lines...clearly hadn't been cleaned well in quite a while. The location made up for the shortcomings. The breakfast was good. Fresh/hot eggs would have been nice but still a pretty good breakfast.

The best of all was the helpful staff in the reception, especially Enzo that gave us great tips, very kind and helpful. We will be back for sure!!!
Mette Brauera month agoReally excellent placing. The electricity was a bit unstable and the light went on and off in our room. The elevator had one day of not working and it could have been a bit annoying but we stayed at second floor so it was okay. I miss the old kitchen with the self made waffles and plain coffee.
