When we checked in we went to find our room before leaving for a party. When we walked back to the hallway we immediately got headaches from an extremely strong ammonia/pee smell. After opening our room the smell followed in and we noticed staining in the bathroom, light fixtures, and closet. We left for our party and when we came back a gentleman at the desk apologized profusely and changed our room. He stated that hallway is for people traveling with pets (not that that excuses the conditions of the space). We went to use the pool and there was a sign stating it had been shut down by the health department. Having a young child we booked a hotel with a pool for him but didn't want to take the chance. From walking in there to look around the floors were not clean and there was trash throughout. Also the pool is right next to the front desk, so in the lobby you can hear/smell everything. Our new room was nicer but the large windows pointed directly into the lobby/bar area. Traveling with a toddler it is hard enough to get him to sleep but when drunk adults and other children are running around yelling at 11pm it is even harder. If there are quiet hours they are not enforced. Overall the hotel was just not clean or comfortable for traveling especially with a young toddler. Spend a little more per night and get a nicer place.
We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a really enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and decent, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which added a warm touch to our visit. We were happy to see a new restaurant on the property—the food was good and had a nice variety. The bar was also open and well managed. The pool area was great, with lots of engaging activities, and our family especially enjoyed spending time there. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we had a lot of fun. We would definitely consider staying here again.
This hotel offers a much better experience than expected. The on-site restaurant serves freshly prepared meals, and the food quality is excellent. It’s clear that a lot of effort is being put into improving the atmosphere and creating a welcoming environment. The guest rooms are comfortable and well maintained, providing a nice place to unwind. The pool area is especially attractive and adds a relaxing touch to the property. A new bar has also been introduced for guests, which is a great feature and enhances the overall stay. I would gladly stay here again.
Google pictures are not up to date. The lobby is very pretty, it was to cold in there to swim. The room was not clean, it had rose pedals from the last person who stayed. Not a smart tv so we couldn’t watch what we wanted. Bathroom smelled like pee, all towels smelled like pee and the air conditioner spelled like rotten eggs. They was doing construction to the unit above our room and loud banging and it goes from 9am-7pm. They do not offer extra pillows. It’s not the worst out there , but it’s not nice. Very old and run down . Looks like they only service clean, a lot of dust. I would say go look at this before booking.
DO NOT GO HERE. Here is all of my complaints when we checked in and first got upstairs to our room the hallways smelled of pee/cigarettes and spoiled milk. The elevator smelled like pee and our bathroom was disgusting. Pubes in the shower and toilet, a brown ring around the tub and the air conditioner was loud and doesn’t stay on constant only on and off. And when it is not on it is like a sauna. Our neighbors were kicking walls and running up and down the halls every night till 1am. And the pool was outside our room which caused the lobby noises all hours of the night to be heard. The staff would walk in without any warning. No knock. No yell. Nothing. People outside were smoking and shooting up. The smell was so bad everywhere the beds had a weird smell. We had asked for our room to be cleaned and they completely ignored us. Staff were rude. The outlets hardly worked and the bed lights didn’t work at all. We had asked for extra towels and they said they didn’t have any. They do not have extra pillows and the pillows they do have are flat and short. I am done these are my complaints alot of ppl seem to have the same problem or atleast some
