Paige Stukes7 months agoWe hosted our wedding at the Crossroads Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt that perfect blend of unique and warm character that makes this venue so special. Every space is gorgeous, intentional, and full of personality — it created the most incredible atmosphere for our day. The staff at Crossroads went above and beyond for us. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They made the entire process feel seamless, and we always felt supported and taken care of. Our wedding day itself was flawless. The flow, the ambiance, and the service were all exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate, and our guests were blown away by the venue. We can’t recommend the Crossroads Hotel enough. Their team, their space, and the experience they provide are something truly special. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and a huge part of that was choosing this incredible venue. We also enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the vibes were immaculate for our wedding night!
Sam Keske4 months agoFanciest hotel in Kansas City, at least accordingly to Michelin Key. Exceptionally well renovated historic space, with lots of exposed structure. Big rooms, quiet, and clean, with local options in the hotel room bar (not cheap, but curated). The bar and games area is a big highlight for many guests. Easy walking distance to a lot of food and art.
Remrod Photography LLC2 months agoCrossroads Hotel in Kansas City is a beautiful property with a great overall vibe. The hotel and rooms were amazing, very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was also excellent, welcoming, helpful, and made check in smooth from the start. Unfortunately, the experience took a major turn at the late night bar. The bartenders were extremely disappointing. We were purposely ignored while trying to order drinks, despite being clearly visible and waiting. It didn’t feel like an oversight, it felt intentional, which made the situation even worse. For a hotel of this level, that kind of service is completely unacceptable. It overshadowed what would have otherwise been a great stay. Because of that experience alone, I would not book here again.
Pedro Guzman7 months agoAmazing hotel, is a very nice looking hotel! Amazing service from everyone, everyone employee we interacted with were amazing and friendly. Rooms are beautiful. Bar downstairs has good vibe, drinks and food! I will definitely will be staying here again. The roof top bar has amazing views of the city.
Lindsay W5 months agoAbsolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel for New Year’s! 10/10 would recommend. The service was spectacular, the rooms were extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall great experience. Only downside is they do not have parking anywhere and your only option is an expensive valet or parking down the street at some random garage/street parking
