Kaden deJonga week agoStayed here for my wife and I's wedding night and this place exceeded my expectations and was well worth the stay. Front desk workers were very nice and the room was in pristine condition. They treated us very well and I can't recommend enough!
Kolten Carpentera month agoNice historical renovation hotel, but the service and in room amenities are lacking. The valet was never available when we needed our vehicle, they were always away from the desk. At $45/night this isn’t acceptable. The towels in the room were cheap and tired, the blow dryer was cheap and weak, shower products were the same. Our interior facing room was nice and quiet on a Sunday night, the AC worked well. Great location for our needs, walkable to great coffee and restaurants. Rooftop was nice.

The moment we walked in, we felt that perfect blend of unique and warm character that makes this venue so special. Every space is gorgeous, intentional, and full of personality — it created the most incredible atmosphere for our day. The staff at Crossroads went above and beyond for us. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They made the entire process feel seamless, and we always felt supported and taken care of. Our wedding day itself was flawless. The flow, the ambiance, and the service were all exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate, and our guests were blown away by the venue. We can’t recommend the Crossroads Hotel enough. Their team, their space, and the experience they provide are something truly special. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and a huge part of that was choosing this incredible venue. We also enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the vibes were immaculate for our wedding night!
