  The outside may look a little rundown, but we were really pleased with our stay. The inside of the hotel is updated and clean. The lobby area had a nice set up with water and lemonade available for guests. There was also a little snack shop to purchase items too. The bartender was friendly and made strong drinks. Additionally, there were a few little extra perks we enjoyed, like the buy one get one coupons we were given for the bar and the little gift bag with water bottles given to us at check in. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable too.

  Stayed here recently and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and quiet. I also appreciated how attentive and professional the front desk team was whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient and everything during my stay went smoothly. Definitely a solid option if you’re staying in the area. Would stay again!

  I absolutely loved my recent stay here. Isaac was incredibly accommodating and helpful during my very first visit on a work trip, and his outstanding service—along with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel—is exactly what prompted me to return. I travel frequently for work, and every time I’m in Kansas City, I’ve had the privilege of being greeted by friendly, professional staff. Check-in is always smooth and efficient, the rooms are spotless, and the lobby is consistently clean and welcoming. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers this level of consistency, comfort, and service. This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I’m in town, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

  I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was. I had low expectations that were completely blown out of the water. I loved that there was a greeting card with my name on the envelope, welcoming me. It also included a BOGO free drink coupon. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant. Kelly and Nichole were awesome bartenders and the food coming out of the kitchen was shockingly fresh and delicious. I'll be back!

  The hotel looks really nice at the lobby, it was clean and updated. The bar and restaurant looked nice, but I did not visit them. It's an older building with tight hallways - but appeared to be somewhat recently updated. The rooms were smaller than I expected and the bathroom situation was less than ideal. The room we were in had the shower and toilet in a separate room, and the sink/vanity next to the main room door. The the sliding door on the bathroom doesn't slide closed all the way so you can see out an inch or two - and someone on the outside of the door using the sink area can see in. Awkward. I couldn't figure out the TV, there didn't seem to be a guide channel, that was a bit frustrating. The room was very clean, the staff refreshed our room daily and the parking was safe and convenient (it is pay to park, like all the hotels here). The lot was adequate for the size of the hotel, and easy to get in and out of - even in a truck. The hotel seemed like it was in a safe, fairly quiet area. It was a busy weekend there and I wasn't bothered at night by hearing things in other rooms or the hallways. Staff that I interacted with was nice but not above and beyond. I'd stay again if my preferred hotel in KC was full (which was how I ended up here).
