Let's start with the good. The staff were some of the most friendly people and made us feel welcomed Now let's talk about the bad 1. The hot water worked only sporadically. So two cold showers later I was pretty miserable. 2. The AC in our room was also sporadic in its ability to keep the room cold 3. Jacking up pricing to 3.5-4 times regular rate and also charging 30/day for parking is highway robbery. I was under the impression this was going to be a high end boutique style stay and I felt at most this is a 2.5 -3 star stay 4. The WiFi was painfully slow even for basic functions like email. Again for 400+/night I expect better 5. The room itself felt like it could use maintenance. (Again if I had paid 120/night I would expect less) 6. The curtains had issues and could stand to be fixed. 7. The soap dispensers in shower were empty and were not refilled the entire stay In short while the service was friendly and inviting the rest of the experience left us feeling far less than spectacular.

Wonderful hotel. Kara, the gal running the bar and the pool, was a rockstar. Loved her and the personal service we experienced throughout our stay. Balcony room was perfect and immaculate as was the entire hotel. Great location with a short few blocks walk to all the cool shops and restaurants in the Plaza. It was our anniversary and the hotel team surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Lovely stay, thank you Fontaine team! We will be back!

The hotel is probably a nicer 2.5/3 star hotel. The room was a standard king room with tiny balcony facing a house living room. Was a little odd but essentially don’t get a balcony thinking you can have privacy to relax. You won’t. You’ll be facing a homeowner. The woman at reception wasn’t very happy to be there and they offer you “rewards” for booking directly then don’t offer them in person or try to stand behind them. If it’s a “high end” hotel the rewards should be offered at check in. They should be in the room or something not a weird “hi can I have my free thing you offered me for spending $375 on a room for 12 hours.” We prepaid for parking but it still was an issue. Kept getting locked in the garage being asked to pay $20 every time we wanted to leave. We also were overcharged for parking based on my reservation. The showers were cold, the ac wasn’t. The elevator was down so it was constantly a wait to get to your floor. Bo designated area for dogs even though they’re pet friendly (or was never told about one.) Just a very lackluster experience for what is branded as a lux hotel.

I have no relationship with The Fontaine hotel other than hosting a 2 1/2-day conference there. From Jashae and Tamara at the front desk, to Ryan, Lorenzo (and his crew), to Alex and Ali, hotel staff helped me with many details to make for a smoother time for me and impressed attendees. I don't know if employees are told to say this, but I heard "I got you" many times as staff helped me get AV set up, people checked in, and set up/break down of meeting spaces. Really! The whole facility is clean and interesting, but the staff all seem to be on the same vibe of really working toward a good experience for guests. Thank you!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at Restaurant Kelly. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Will definitely visit again! 😊
