1st thing 1st. This has been a place ive enjoied going since i myself was a kid. I now decided it was time to take my kids to introduce them to the sports plex. I was more excited than the kids. The place is pristine clean. All the amenities needed to enjoy your time there. But my ONLY negative review that cost being 5 stars was the life guard. An older bald man missing a tooth. I am ABSOLUTELY NOT over exaggerating. Me my 2 kids and nephew were the only ones using the pool. Besides a lady using the swimming lanes. 1st thing he said was i had to be inside the pool at arms reach of the kids even with the life jackets on. - okay yes sir. 2nd thing after using the bathroom, He came up to saying if i use the family restroom to make sure I do this and that ect. I said yes sir, and informed him we were was using the lockers rooms, 3rd thing. After being there 45 mins no problem no issues, being supervised by 2 other life guards. Kids having a good time and being on their best behavior ( I was proud of them for being so good) he wants to NOW come to me and say kids can not lung and jump in pool. Which is fine okay yes sir no problem. 4th time my youngest and i were walking to the stairs to enter the pool he was a little excited and was fast stepping. But the way the man whistled at him and was like "hey hey hey NO RUNNING" Really really really just rubbed me wrong. I felt like he was making us be a problem. He really was making me feel uncomfortable and like we weren't welcomed there. After being there 1 hr and 15 mins or so after him coming up to me 4 different times. And me reiterating each rule to my kids and nephew to make sure that we were following all the rules and being respectful of the space that we were using. My youngest and I was inside the pool he was jumping off the stairs inside the pool practicing kicking and swimming ( he is only 4 ) The lifeguard came up to the pool side to informed me he can't do that either. That set me off. I then told him how uncomfortable he was making me and how he was ruining my day i was trying to spend with my kids. And i dont see why he feels the need to make it a 5th time to come up to me in the short time we was there. I was very polite and used all manners until the 5th time. He make me feel so uncomfortable...im littery here writing a review. I will spend $30 again to take my family back to enjoy the 7am -2pm pool hours again one day in the future. I sure just hope it's his off day. Cause he almost ruined the whole sports plex experience as an adult for me.

I’ve been going to the fitness center for years. Equipment is in good shape. I rarely have to wait for anything. And the entire group behind the desk is really nice and helpful. Great gym at a good price

Really nice complex. Used the gym and pool. Pool was set up 25yds but I do believe it switches to 50m on Mondays. They have a google calendar that is up to date. Locker rooms and clean, pool is clean. Locks are all over the place for accurate time management within sets. Gym was just across the parking lot. Not a very large space. However everything that one would need. A+ find and would go back for sure

We were here for a hockey tournament & enjoyed playing at this rink. Parking can be tricky, but I love that they allow tailgating for parents/families. There's a nice little area with picnic tables by the entrance for before games, too. In terms of the usual cold ice rinks, both of these are pretty warm for spectators. Make sure which rink your game is on, as Rink B isn't immediately noticeable & the entrance "tucked in" a bit on the side of Rink A, though there is an overhead sign. There are large, clean restrooms, table space for gathering in the lobby area, good concessions, and plenty of bleacher seating. I was VERY impressed with the wheelchair-accessibility and great, convenient area for those with wheelchairs to get a wonderful, clear view of the games. (That's such a rarity at rinks that aren't at universities or in the ECHL/NHL.) Overall, this was a great rink and a wonderful experience for our youth hockey tournament.

Least handicapped accessible arena I've ever been in. No handicapped doors you need to find someone to hold them. You can only access half the rink inside without needing to use the stairs
