Kaia Browna month agoMy family and I recently made a last-minute stop at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel during our road trip home from Chicago to Atlanta, and once again, it did not disappoint. We've stayed here before, but we certainly didn't expect the team to remember us. Landon checked us in and immediately recognized my Diamond Elite status, providing the kind of top-tier customer service that keeps us coming back. He was welcoming, professional, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. As always, both the room and the property were impeccably clean and well maintained. This visit, we were also able to take advantage of the pool and pool bar, which added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. The young lady working at the pool bar—I believe her name was Deja—was an absolute pleasure. She struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality, creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere while delivering excellent service. One of the things I love most about this hotel is its location. It's conveniently located near Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer while still having a comfortable and stylish place to unwind. Between the outstanding staff, beautiful property, spotless accommodations, and excellent location, I would highly recommend the Kimpton Aertson Hotel to anyone visiting Nashville. We look forward to returning again in the future.
Pierre Girarda month agoWe had the best experience at this hotel! First time in Nashville from Calgary, AB, Canada, and this hotel was perfect for us. Trendy, close to nearby restaurants and bars, but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Laney from the front desk welcomed us and her southern charm was amazing! She upgraded our room to a higher floor just because, and we learned we had a $50 credit for breakfast at their amazing restaurant. Definitely have to have the power bowl, we had it all 4 mornings… honestly, this is a great stay and I would highly recommend! Oh and I almost forgot, you have to spend an afternoon by the rooftop pool, go early so you can reserve a spot, but great views, good vibes, and a great time.
Jamie Cobba month agoGreat getaway spot! I'm a Nashvillian... so can give a true review of the hotel and surrounding area. First off, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Lainey upon check in. She wished us a happy anniversary (and we were later treated to a bottle of champagne in our room with 2 Moon Pies... a TN thing). The hotel was beautiful and had a gorgeous rooftop pool! The hotel offers an afternoon cocktail hour and really amazing coffee! The area is safe and walkable to lots of restaurants and right across the street from Vanderbilt University. I would definitely return to the Kimpton Aertston.
Cole Starling2 months ago5 stars experience from start to finish. Justin provided some of the best valet service I’ve ever had. He was extremely professional, polite, and made me feel welcomed the moment I arrived in Nashville. He immediately got the car doors for us, handled everything quickly and smoothly, and had such a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. The service at the Kimpton was amazing because of him, and I’ll definitely be booking again as long as Justin is my valet!
Jane Kocha month agoWe typically stay at a hotel where we know what to expect (ie, every Hampton Inn is similar). But we had an event at the Kimpton Aertson hotel, and decided to stay here. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel. The rooms were very clean spacious and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. And the bathroom was amazing. One of the largest showers I’ve ever enjoyed. Also, the staff were very helpful. Laney and Vanessa at the front desk, really took care of us, even offering a Shout wipe to clean a stain on my husband‘s shirt!
