Christine Shepperd6 months agoThis hot is so classy. Beyond the swanky vibe the service staff takes such good care Of the patrons. The hotel coffee shop called the Coffee shop is run by the nicest guys Caedon and Ethan. They make delicious cappuccinos and are just friendly and warm and very attentive. The restaurant in the hotel called Luna has the most fabulous Mexican vibe and we’ve had such great food there and drinks and the bartenders name was Michael. He just had a great personality and took really good care of us. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Nashville
Martha-02a month agoExcellent place to stay, especially if you’re attending an event at Nissan Stadium. We came in for the Alan Jackson concert, and everything was flawless from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and we had a fantastic time. A special thank you to Davis, who was excellent—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with both check-in and check-out. He made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
Maggie Settona month ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Noelle! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. Everyone was welcoming, but David, the doorman, truly stood out. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel so welcome every time we came and went. His hospitality made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!
Carrie Lockhart2 months agoWe absolutely loved our stay at the Noelle... the room was beautiful and extremely well set up for my husband and me and our three-year-old daughter (we had space for her blow up bed). Here were our highlights: Room: we appreciated the options for sheer vs blackout curtains, the couch and lounge space, the quiet rooms (didn't hear street noise or other room noise), the very comfortable sheets and pillows and beds. Everything was quite clean and room service came to give us fresh towels and check out anything we needed. Service: the front desk team were extremely helpful and pleasant getting us checked in, and Seth and the valet team were fantastic! We had them grab several items from our car throughout our couple day stay and they were quick and friendly each time. Location: can't be beat! We were able to walk everywhere, to the Pinnacle music venue, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, and countless restaurants and coffee shops. Dining: the hotel coffee shop staff were so sweet and quick despite the morning rush, coffee was excellent. Lona was also delicious (we attended a Cinco de Mayo fiesta while we were at the hotel). We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Her service, kindness and overall friendly attitude made the entire experience that much better. We can’t wait to come back again soon! Andrew L.
