Shel Watkinsa month agoFirst time visiting the Sandbox in Goddard. Initial impression was cool place, great outdoor area with sand volleyball courts, and lots of outdoor seating. We were taken to our table- it hadn't been completely bussed yet so we waited while they did that. No biggie. We waited at least ten minutes before we were greeted by our sweet server. She took out orders, (2 of us) our drinks were dropped off without straws and we didn't see our server for about 25-30 minutes when my friend got her food, patty melt meat was pretty good, fries were cold and no sauce was served with her sandwich ....server stopped by and said sorry my food wasn't out yet, not sure why that happened...I wait another 15 minutes before I get my food. Fish was hot n fresh, tater tots were mixed- some old n cold some a little newer n browner. Tried the Mexican street corn. Couldn't eat it bc it was sooo salty. Pepsi was good, Dr pepper was flat. No manager was anywhere to be seen and honestly seeing such young girls in bottoms that tight and short was gross. One girl was bussing tables wearing a skirt and even though she had on "bloomers" or whatever underneath, you could still see her butt cheeks n she couldn't have been more than 16. That's appalling.
Aden Johnsona month agoCaitlyn was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She had a great attitude, checked on us at the right times, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The service was fast, and she made us feel welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Caitlyn if you want excellent service. Five stars!
gwyneth allena month agoCaitlyn was hands down the best server I've ever had. Every time I come to The Sandbox, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She's so friendly, attentive, and always has such a positive attitude that makes the whole experience even better. She checks in at just the right times, keeps drinks full, and makes you feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you get the chance to have Caitlyn as your server, you're in for an amazing experience. She deserves all the recognition for her outstanding service!

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back!
