Arielle Warda week agoMy stay at Hotel Contessa in San Antonio was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located along the River Walk, making it easy to enjoy the city's attractions and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience. I had the pleasure of being treated by Amanda, and she was exceptional. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calming presence made for an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Amanda took the time to ensure I was comfortable and provided one of the best spa treatments I've had. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. Whether you're visiting for business, ministry, or leisure, Hotel Contessa offers a comfortable and memorable experience. I highly recommend Hotel Contessa, and if you visit the spa, be sure to ask for Amanda—you won't be disappointed!
Ericka3 months agoWe really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Contessa. Everyone was very welcome and the hotel was very clean. Our room was amazing! We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and watching TV. There was so much space. We also loved the view from our room and it had easy access to the River walk. We felt very safe and will return again.

The location is awesome, and having a stunning River Walk view while in town for the Spurs going to the finals was the ultimate icing on the cake. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered provided top-tier hospitality. A huge shoutout to "Fast Eddie" the bell hop he is absolutely true to his name and incredibly welcoming! Ari and the rest of the valet team, the wonderful people at the front desk, and even the man making the fantastic FREE margaritas all made our experience so special. It was just a really nice, memorable experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back. GO SPURS GO!
Becca Jean2 weeks agoLoved our stay! Beautiful hotel and super easy to get to everything. The staff were amazing and so nice. They held our luggage while we explored downtown and let us use the pool before and after we checked in/out. Definitely recommend.
Joseph Rothenberg2 weeks agoWe consistently experienced difficulties getting service to our room (pack n play, scheduled cleaning, extra towels) -- we had to submit requests at least twice. It seemed like there was some lack of communication behind the scenes. Also, no bellhop was available to help us take our bags down during checkout. Those issues aside, the hotel is beautiful, the room was comfortable, the pool was luxurious, the restaurant was great, and the location is hard to beat. I could see us taking a chance on returning, but I hope they sort out the issues with service.
