This venue consistently delivers a high-end experience with its perfect mix of industrial character and modern elegance—exposed brick walls, tall ceilings, and a layout that makes every event feel elevated. From weddings to corporate events and private parties, the space is extremely versatile. The indoor area transitions seamlessly into the outdoor patio, which creates an incredible atmosphere—especially once the lights come on at night. It’s a great setup for keeping energy flowing while giving guests room to relax and enjoy the environment. From a vendor perspective, Brick & Mortar is very DJ-friendly. Load-in is smooth, the layout works great for sound and lighting setups, and there’s plenty of flexibility for enhancements like up-lighting, custom dance floor experiences, and photo booth activations. It’s a venue where production elements really shine. The staff is always professional, organized, and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference in delivering a seamless event. That level of coordination helps everything run smoothly from start to finish. Jennifer Graham4 months agoI love Brick and Mortar! I've photographed several weddings, corporate events, and been there as a guest many times as well. The venue space is elegant, modern, trendy, and stunning for big or small events alike. What makes it unique is you can easily swap styles very easily, wither you want a rustic style or a modern style. The space can easily accommodate 250+ people. Even though it's in downtown Wichita the entire property is surrounded by privacy fencing so you feel secure. From my wedding photographer"s view I really enjoy the brides getting ready area. There's lots of space, with good lighting and the furniture & decor helps wedding portraits look great. The lighting and decor in the reception area is romantic and stunning. Finally the ceremony site out back is covered so there's even, soft lighting on the entire wedding party without needing to set up off camera flash. I can easily say this is one of my top 10 favorite venues in Wichita. The owner is super sweet and I've never heard any bride say anything bad about them. Highly recommend!

The blend of industrial, historic, and chic details photographs so beautifully and every corner has a look that elevates a gallery. The natural light, tall ceilings, and layout make it easy to move through a wedding day smoothly, and couples always rave about how seamless their experience is here. The staff has also been consistently welcoming and helpful every time I’m onsite, which makes such a difference on a wedding day. Kent Brown8 months agoNice venue for reception or gatherings. 2 problems with the construction hard to find parking and some of the venue floor has cracks and missing chunks of flooring that might be a tripping hazard.
