Nesh Ferrao3 months agoWe had a truly excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From the outset, the staff were really friendly. we encountered a concern regarding the privacy of the toilet facilities in our original rooms. The management addressed the matter promptly and provided an additional room with a kings sized bed which was very nice of them. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained. In particular, the bathroom facilities were excellent, offering high-quality toilet amenities, including well-stocked toiletries. Its location is another significant advantage, with excellent public transport connections allowing convenient access to the city centre within approximately ten minutes. Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. We would not hesitate to return and confidently recommend it to others.
Alex SPa month agoHotel itself seems to be very nice, however from the very start things didn’t work out. While checking-in: we were not given full information as it would suppose to be done, rushed through our question (even though there was no one else except us), and on top of that we were mislead about breakfast timing and were faced in the morning with judgement from kitchen stuff who on our explanation answered „I do not care“. I believe that out of 5 workers we saw during our stay - only 1 was genuinely pleasant in communication with us. That weekend was birthday celebration, we were very exited to spend the night in your hotel, but in answer to our lifted mood we received cold judgmental attitude. Overall, beautiful decor can not substitute for unprofessional service.

The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offers all the comfort you would expect from a genuine 4-star experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a great variety of fresh, healthy, and delicious options. Everything exceeded our expectations — a wonderful stay from start to finish! Highly recommended! 🌟
Christian Twigg-Flesner8 months agoWe stayed here for four nights and had lovely time. Friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are modern, with a nice bathroom (shower rather than bathtub) in contemporary decor. Beds comfortable and choice of pillows available. Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast has a great variety, scrambled or fried eggs cooked to order from real eggs (!), and good choice of hot and cold options. Nice bar, not too expensive. Housekeeping excellent, with supplies restocked daily. Only minor annoyance was a booking issue but that was resolved after some discussion.
Amanda Umana6 months agoWe enjoyed our stay at the Liman hotel! Pros: the breakfast was amazing! Lots of options, food was extremely fresh! I looked forward to breakfast each day. The room was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were helpful. The staff were friendly. We were able to check into our room quite early. Cons: the room had a little bit of a smoky smell. I couldn’t quite figure out what it was or where it was coming from. Opening the window helped. The location isn’t that great. It is quite a walk from the city center. And, walking to Brussels North station felt a little dangerous walking through the nearby neighborhood. We avoided walking through the neighborhood at night. We did feel completely safe at the hotel, and I noticed security near the entrance at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Liman Hotel. I would have opted for a hotel closer to the city center but besides the location and smell of the room we were pleased with our stay.
