jiexi tan3 weeks agoHad a wonderful dining experience at Pullman. My friend and I truly enjoyed every dish throughout the dinner. A special compliment to Chef Yihung for his creativity and talent. Every dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavour. What made the experience even more memorable was Chef Yihung taking the time to explain the dishes, which showed his passion and dedication to his craft. Thank you for the excellent food and warm hospitality. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
Anuj Sheta4 months agoI recently stayed at Pullman Singapore Orchard for three nights to celebrate my birthday 🎉 and overall had such a lovely experience! As an Accor Platinum member, I had informed the hotel in advance that I was celebrating something special and they truly delivered. Upon arrival, I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a Premier Twin Room on a high floor, which I really appreciated. The room was stylish, modern and comfortable, and I was also welcomed with a beautiful hand-drawn birthday card and delicious macarons. Such a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely valued. One of the highlights of my stay was access to the Archive Club. The service here was honestly the best I’ve experienced 👏✨ A very special thank you to Rina, who took such wonderful care of my mum and I each morning. She remembered our usual orders, anticipated what we’d like from the menu over the next few days, and was always warm, attentive and professional. On our last day, even after we had checked out (with a late evening flight), she kindly allowed us to order and pay for food from the restaurant to enjoy in the lounge, a gesture we truly appreciated 🙏. The other team members at the Archive Club (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names!) were also fantastic and provided exemplary service throughout. If I had one small wish, it would have been to be upgraded to a Club Room instead, but of course, I was already grateful for the complimentary upgrade. One minor downside was that soundproofing could be improved. We could sometimes hear water running (taps, showers, flushing) and occasional noise from the other rooms, which did wake me up during the night at times. That said, these were small points in what was otherwise a wonderful birthday stay 🎂✨ The thoughtful touches, great location, and especially the outstanding service made it memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!
Hermaningsih Lulu4 weeks agoHad a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and a great start to the day. What stood out the most was the team. Friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay. The location is another big advantage and makes everything easy and convenient. There’s clearly a very positive atmosphere in the hotel at the moment and it feels like the new management is bringing great improvements and attention to the guest experience. Well done to Mr. Loison and the whole team, wishing them continued success!
Lucas Ho3 weeks agoKudos to Miriam and Rina from Archive executive lounge for their great customer service. They have been very attentive to our needs despite the busy morning crowds. Room maintenance wise however there is room for improvement for persistent drainage issue at shower area.
Julie Ngiama month agoI had a wonderful experience at Pullman Orchard Singapore, especially at the Archive Club lounge. A special commendation to Miriam and Dahlia, who provided truly outstanding service throughout my visit. They were warm, attentive, professional, and made the entire lounge experience feel genuinely special. The food was world-class, and having visited many hotel lounges, I can confidently say that the service here was even more impressive. Miriam and Dahlia are a real credit to the team and made the experience memorable. If i could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommended.
