  All of my friends stayed here for 5 days during my bachelorette weekend getaway in Nashville, and this hotel exceeded every expectation! As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I stay at many hotels, and this experience truly stood out. I want to sincerely thank the incredible front desk staff, housekeeping, valet team (Corey & Drew), and the amazing crew at Denim Rooftop (Austin & Conner). You all made our first experience in Nashville unforgettable. Your service was outstanding, welcoming, and you genuinely showered us with kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. It was deeply appreciated! The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I slept so peacefully every night. The shower was perfect, and I especially loved the complimentary coffee, plush robes, and slippers provided in the room. Those little touches made the stay feel even more luxurious. The gym was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of cardio machines. I also appreciated the complimentary fresh fruit and water available. The weight area was a bit smaller, but still accommodating for a few people at a time. The rooftop pool and Denim restaurant were definitely the highlights of our trip! While the heated pool could have been a little warmer, we still had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Conner made some of the best cocktails I’ve had, and Austin consistently made sure we had everything we needed. You both checked on us throughout our stay and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you for being so attentive, professional, and kind! The coffee bar in the lobby was also fantastic. Julie was so sweet and a delight to chat with each morning. I especially loved the chocolate croissant! The location was perfect — within walking distance to Broadway, restaurants, museums, and so many attractions. Plus, it was only about a 10–15 minute drive from the airport, which made traveling very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville, and I cannot wait to stay here again!

  My girlfriend and I came from Texas to Nashville for Valentines Day and wanted to spend a special evening at a nice hotel downtown. We selected The Joseph back in November and began our coordinations immediately. Their highly acclaimed restaurant, Yolan, was already fully committed on Valentines Day, but Eric emailed us with reservations at their Speakeasy, Four Walls at 7:30 PM and promised to put us in a reservation at 8:30 or 9PM at Yolan if anything popped up between November and February. He was in touch periodically to ensure we stayed in contact along the way, and I really appreciated that. We requested special accommodations on our stay and the reservation team emailed us to confirm those accommodations. However, when we checked in, the accommodations were not fully available. The lovely front desk staff member, Maliyah, quickly got her supervisor to address that situation. Lindsey was completely understanding and applied a credit to our room that overcompensated for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the staff for going out of the way to accommodate that. Also, while we were in the line to check in, Eric emailed us to confirm a reservation at Yolan for 9PM! When we got to the room, we noticed there was a lighting malfunction and alerted Ommi at the front desk. Not only did he send a team up to urgently fix the issue, but he compensated me for the inconvenience more than I ever could imagine. I will not share the details of compensation, but I want to highlight these things for this reason: if you expect perfection everywhere you go, you will be disappointed. HOWEVER, if you expect to be able to bring imperfections to light, the staff will not disappoint you in ensuring you are pleased with the corrections they make. I am so amazed by the service of the staff here. If I could give 10 stars for that, I would! I cannot leave this review without shouting out Lawson at Four Walls. This is a speakeasy bar inside the hotel on the second floor. I don't know if you will get to experience it without a reservation, so be sure to book before you go. Lawson makes every single drink a piece of art and that is an understatement. He told us at the beginning that our cocktails would be the best experience we have ever had, and he was NOT lying! And shout out to Alan, our server for dinner at Yolan. He made spot-on recommendations, an unforgettable experience, and ensured all of our drinks stayed full and table stayed immaculately placed. Were there some imperfections? Yes, there were. But, I am honestly more happy with having them because I got to experience the true care and gold star service because of them. I highly recommend staying here...whether you are looking for luxury, accommodations, or location, this place has your back...but I would be shocked if the star of the show would be anything but the service! Thank you Ommi, Lawson, Lindsey, Eric, Alan, and Maliyah and all of the staff for making this two days in our lives that we will never forget!

  I’ve had the pleasure to stay in some very nice hotels in my travels the last couple of years. But never have I stayed in a place where the staff is so incredibly fantastic. From the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they are simply amazing in every way. Their attention to detail and their impeccable customer service should be an example to every hotel that’s operating. Your brand has a lot to be proud of and they should be rewarded for their skills and effort. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay in Music City! Truly 5 star accommodations!

  Stayed at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville and couldn’t be happier with the decision. It was our first time in Nashville, and after looking into boutique hotels, this one stood out and it definitely delivered. The location is perfect just a block from Broadway, about a 15-minute walk to The Gulch, and close to all the restaurant reservations we had planned. Everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived to room service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville.

  We had a great stay at the Joseph. The rooms were great and had a great view. Cannot beat the location of this hotel, we were there to attend a concert in Bridgestone Arena and it was about a 5 minute walk away from hotel. Not to mention they have some great restaurants, bakeries and bars in the hotel. I am still taking a start away cause we noticed lots of dust in the walk-in closet which we do not expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, they provided great service.
