Very nice hotel with great rooms (especially corner rooms) and friendly hosts. The location is good to explore the city - However, it is part of a business district and doesn’t have many restaurants and some creepy people at night. The breakfast has a good quality but the selection is quite limited and you can only order one dish from the menu per person.

Some of the best hotels I have been for a long time. Excellent, clean and cared of rooms. Really nice rooftop bar to attend to. But what’s really outstanding is the almost perfect people running this hotel. From reception to service to bar, everyone has fun, is nice and attentive. Awesome atmosphere :) And a special thanks to the bartender Dorian for letting us taste the speciality St. Germain Spritz ;)

The Hoxton, Brussels. If you want a hotel that blends personality, productivity, and comfort in a way that feels effortless, this property delivers on every level. I loved every minute of staying in this hotel. The location is absolutely fabulous near the North train station, meaning I was able to walk to the hotel within 10 minutes and be in my room quickly after arrival. The staff at check in is great. I was floored by the hip and somewhat mid century modern decor and truly loved the energy throughout the space. When I got to my room, I was immediately transported to another time. The bathtub was a real treat with pink ceramic bathroom fixtures. The food at the restaurant was absolutely tasty and the room service was also exceptional. Finally, the gym is huge and offers everything needed for me to stay fit. I especially appreciated the variety of weights and how spacious the layout felt even during peak hours. The cold fridge, excellent air conditioning, and fast wireless internet for Zoom meetings made this hotel my new favorite in Brussels.

From the outside, The Hoxton could be any of hundreds of anonymous office blocks, but it's transformed inside. A coffee bar sits opposite the reception, with a bar and dining area down a short staircase. It all looked pretty good, though sadly, I didn't get much time to check it all out, as I was on a short overnight stop. However, I had plenty of time in my room — some 20 storeys up! In the middle of winter, the view was a dark skyline, but seeing the train terminal and rivers of light streaming across the city was cool. The room was a decent size, with warm colours and a radio playing a local radio station, creating a pleasing welcome. A king-size bed with a soft headboard took centre stage, with a pair of chairs and a table by the window offering somewhere to relax. A small desk was just about big enough to get a laptop out and do some work, although I wouldn't want to spend long there. There were bedside plugs, USB sockets, and large light switches, making it easy to shut down the room for sleep. However, the bedside lights were so large and immovable that they made the side table almost useless. The bathroom was surprisingly large, presumably as I'd been allocated an accessible room. Presented beautifully, the tiling, toiletries and fitments felt luxurious. I had breakfast at the hotel, which was a bit hit-and-miss. The buffet options are limited and not particularly appetising, but the limited à la carte menu had some delightful options. Ok, my order came to the table incorrectly, but it still tasted great. And that was my short stop. I didn't explore the hotel as much as possible, but what I did find was excellent. I don't know Brussels well, but it's a hotel I'll consider for my return.

My husband and I have been to many different Hoxton hotels in many different cities and have been to this location multiple times. Every time, at almost every location the housekeeping is an issue. Here in the Brussels location, if you want your room fully cleaned, you must notify the staff the day before. We did that and left the room at 10:00 AM the next day. When we returned at 17:00, the room was still not cleaned. With a child, housekeeping really makes our stay enjoyable. We are here for 4 nights and manage several days to have a partial clean. However, this time we really wanted to get back, relax and eat on our room. Our food was delivered and we had to sit with it in the lobby until our room was cleaned. Food got cold, child tired, etc. The entire situation was ridiculous. I don't know about others but one of the luxuries of leaving home and staying in a beautiful hotel is not having to do the cleaning. It's a "holiday" and that part is really hard to get right at this hotel.
