Stefan Đorđević2 weeks agoExceptional hotel in a great location. The rooms are new, spacious, extremely clean, and modern. The staff are kind, professional, and very helpful, and the breakfast is more than excellent. A special highlight is the wellness area and gym on the upper floors, with an outstanding view. Everything was fantastic, if I could, I would give more than 10. I honestly have no complaints. The hotel offers excellent value for money. I also appreciated that the room included not only water and coffee, but also an ironing board and an iron, which was particularly useful for me. Highly recommended.
ehsan khodadadi2 weeks agoEverything was great at the hotel. If you stay on one of the higher floors, you’ll get a fantastic view. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The only issue was that the breakfast area could get quite crowded at times, making it difficult to find table. Location of the hotel is excellent, my room was clean, and the amenities were good. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff: incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. A special thanks to Mohamad, who kindly upgraded us to a wonderful room as soon as we arrived. His warm hospitality gave us the perfect start to our stay. Highly recommended hotel — we would gladly stay again!
Nidal Habib2 months agoI had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Hotel in Brussels and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Even though I stayed for just one night, everything about my experience was truly perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax right away. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and welcoming. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to give a special mention to Jean Charles, the manager, who made a lasting impression. He was extremely kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. His professionalism and excellent training were clearly noticeable, and he handled everything with great care and attention to detail. John Charles also took the time to give me fantastic recommendations about what to see and do in Brussels, which I truly appreciated. His warm and accommodating nature made me feel very welcome and valued as a guest. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Anne-Elisabeth Moutet4 weeks agoI had stayed tzobyeqrs ago at The Hotel in a marvellous suite, and had liked the general atmosphere so when I came back at my own expense I took a standard room (but asked for a high floor because the view is AMAZING). By and large I'm very happy with the result. There's good design going on there, Hans Grohe taps and shower heads, a good bed (but fitting the bottom sheet into the topper means it's not right at all, Abd you sleep on wrinkles) and the open bathroom with one door for the shower cubicle or the loo is niftily practical. I also loved that you can check out in three clicks online; it makes the whole experience seamless and fluid. I would like to single out the staff, and especially Feyzia at reception, who sent above and beyond to help me with a first room where the A/C didn't work against the heatwave. She was positive and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with; this is someone who instinctively has the five-star reflex; I could have been at the reception of the Plaza Athénée in Paris (where I live) so massive kudos. I'll be back.
