It made traveling incredibly easy, especially because it rained heavily throughout my stay. Being able to walk directly into the station without getting soaked was something I truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and every staff member I met was friendly and professional. After months of moving across countries, small details start to matter more than luxury. Convenience, comfort, and good service become priceless. This hotel delivered all of them. Alicea month agoI had a great experience here. My room was clean, temperature was perfect, noise level was low. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I, personally, loved the location. It is within reasonable walking distance of most of the main parts of the city and there is an entrance to the hotel inside the train/metro station, which ment you could go directly to the subways or catch a train to another city so easily. It was wonderful. I would stay here again.
Dr. CH R2 weeks agoWe have loved our stay at the Pullman Brussels Hotel. Staff members are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include a small refrigerator and safe. Dining options include the on site restaurant, breakfast bar, and room service. A small gym is available as well. Despite being within the Brussells train station, the hotel rooms are peaceful. This hotel is a great option for travellers to Brussels.
iva durecha month agoWe had a lovely stay here with our toddler. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for our little family. Everything felt very welcoming and stress free, which made travelling with a toddler so much easier. We’d definitely stay again!
Gerald H.a month agoWe stay on 2 occasions in April as location remains very convenient but forget about the rest: the most disturbing points being the hygiene issue as the whole place, starting with your room, doesn’t look clean. On the second visit we were assigned the wrong room type which smelled terrible. Breakfast is far better at any Ibis hotel you can find and last but not least, their prime location (but general outside environment does not appear clean and safe) is definitely reflected on their high rates. To remain fair, some of their front office team members were really caring and trying to compensate for the rest.
