Rod Santiago3 months agoThe villa itself is exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed and easily superior to other properties we’ve stayed at in Singapore. The food was also excellent, and the setting was perfect for celebrating my parents’ birthdays (25 & 26 Feb). Unfortunately, the butler service was a major disappointment. After a short buggy tour and receiving a contact card, there was no proactive contact at all. Not a single call during our stay, despite the service being presented as 24/7. We had to chase for a pre-arranged birthday cake (booked since January), request and reconfirm our own late check-out, and even call reception ourselves when no buggy arrived at our confirmed 1:30pm departure. Housekeeping also turned up to clean the villa two hours after we had just checked in. At check-out, the butler did not appear — only two plush toys were left at the counter, followed by an invoice email after we left. For context, we have experienced excellent, proactive butler service at Marina Bay Sands, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (Suites) and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa (Villas). Here, the service was disengaged and purely reactive. Because of this, we decided not to extend our stay or dine at the on-site restaurants — which we had originally planned. Amazing villa. Randy Yap3 months agoThe entire experience was superb starting from the moment we stepped into the property. The environment was tranquil with nice greenery surrounding it and the team members were all so professional and polite. We could really sit there for hours appreciating the century-old ficus tree with the exquisite tea and delicate afternoon tea delights. We would like to specially commend the professionalism and attentiveness of Rica and Joanna who had both attended to us. Thank you for making our date a pleasant one! :)

The team was exceptionally warm and attentive, going above and beyond with thoughtful birthday surprises that made the occasion feel genuinely special. The afternoon tea session was beautifully presented and incredibly aesthetic, creating a visually stunning and well curated experience. Joanna was especially kind and helpful, ensuring everything ran seamlessly and that we felt well taken care of throughout. Thank you for delivering such a memorable and delightful birthday celebration. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Rachel Tay4 months agoHad an amazing Valentine Day’s lunch at Empire grill. Right at the door, we were warmly greeted by Harris Singh, who helped us arrange for a complimentary valet parking. We were then taken on a buggy ride to the restaurant. At the Empire grill, the service was impeccable and warm. Special thank to Fernando. He even helped us take many pictures at the pool area. The spaghettini he recommended was bursting with flavour. Oysters are fresh. Do get the Raffles Singapore Sentosa sling — tropical and refreshing. Thank you to Mong, Assistant manager, Fernando, Sienna, Raily, Carol, Santos, Rajan and Brynn. They also helped to arrange for a buggy back to the arrival hall. Thank you, Raffles Sentosa Singapore. We hope to be back soon.

He had been assisting us since day one, always prompt especially when we need help. Keep up with great job and effort Mr J. Appreciate it alot .. Thumbs up !!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The room is so clean neat and tidy. Separate from the living room is another great idea/designs/layout. Laying down on an extra large comfortable bed looking out from our window with a great scenery of the pool was so peaceful. What i love most is the bathroom with the tub and wide open scenary omg my stress have lost its GPS please dont come back to me hahahaha !! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Very highly recommend this place great for honeymoon and a staycay if anyone looking for a stressfree places. Yess lock your mindset RELAX AND ENJOY !!!! Hoping to come back soon. Thank you Raffles Sentosa and shout out to the rest of the staff there too.
