Sarah Holmgrena month agoMy Jack Daniel’s tour guide was amazing! Never got his name but he was born the next town over and his brother works at the distillery as a mechanic. He was super enthusiastic and knowledgable. The tasting was great and the bottle shop too! Oh and the driver gave a great recommendation on a bbq spot to eat at for lunch - AMAZING! 10/10 recommend
Nicole TAMAYO2 months agoWe took the 9am bus from Nashville. Frank was great drive was smooth. JDs was a great experience great tour by Kim!! Tour started at 1110 ended close to 1pm. Went to look at pictures with i could have purchased just 1 picture. I think its a waste to print 6 pictures and not offer a deal with only a party of 2 why would I want 3 pictures. If JD sold 1 picture for $10 that would work. Once the tour was done we only had 1.5 hours to eat lunch very quick and look around not enough time. I think they need to add atleast 30-45 more mins of time. Overall great tour.
Rick Jacques5 months agoFrank, the driver from Nashville was friendly and funny. Our tour guide was on point, sorry can’t remember her name, very personable and knowledgeable. Behind the scenes of JD was amazing. Reminds me of how much we take consumer products for granted. Loved it.
Ronny Araya3 months agoAll i can tell you is Thanks Sooo Much for the tour, Its so easy and the best part was being picked up at walking distance from my hotel. To Frank thanks as well, such a nice human making the trip funnier and pleasant. This is a 5 Star for sure... will definitely go back. Pura Vida from Costa Rica!
Kathy DelGrandea month agoThe best part of the Jack Daniel’s Distillery tour was our guide, Morgan. He was the best! He really made us feel like family and he is so knowledgeable in sharing the rich history. Oh and the whiskey is the delicious, my favorite was the honey one, although I didn’t leave a drop of any of them! Very fun day!
