Marcusa month agoI had an incredible stay at the tempo this weekend. The service here was top tier. The best of the best. Front desk was really helpful and kind throughout my whole stay. The valet was some of the best service I’ve ever had. They were all incredibly kind and diligent workers. Donald and Mason were really outstanding this morning and made me feel welcomed and happy I chose this as my place to stay. 10/10
Michael Ivey4 weeks agoThis is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was incredible and quick within every department. Especially in the valet. Such a quick and easy system and they were all friendly and helpful. West and Donald were very helpful and quick. The bellman helped me load my luggage into my car without me even asking. Ryan at the bar was very funny and made some great drinks. Top tier service!
Leah Ma month agoWe loved our stay here! This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it definitely lived up to our previous experience. We had a corner room with a beautiful view, and the room itself was clean and very comfortable. The location is great. It’s easily walkable to both Broadway and The Gulch, which made getting around Nashville very easy. The hotel also has a boutique-style vibe with fun decor, great music, and a friendly staff. The coffee shop, Bluestone Lane, is also very good and located inside the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor bar area, and in the evenings the lobby bar had live music along with a fun cocktail and mocktail menu. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!
David Holloway2 months agoThis is our second stay at the Tempo in Nashville and we will never stay at another hotel off Broadway besides the Tempo. This time we drove and Dalton at the valet was the most kind, helpful, and accommodating person to deal with. His service was impeccable and we appreciated his dedication to his job and the ease that came with valeting our truck. It made our initial arrival so easy and pleasant. The hotel staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and it is the perfect location to walk to Broadway. The experience overall at the Tempo is amazing and we will most definitely be back again to stay! Many thanks to the staff as a whole but especially Dalton at the valet for making our stay so wonderful!
Garya month agoExperience was top tier. Housekeeping was very quick with my room and the place was tidied up and all fresh and clean. Front desk was really cheerful and made everything clear and concise. Valet was great from check in until check out. Eli was great and made our stay one step above any other.
