  The ladies at the front desk, the personnel taking breakfast orders at the bar and really the entire staff was great. It was very nice to be in a hotel were the pool/hot tub doesn't close at 10. Everything seemed to be well put together and thought out. Easy walk to disneyland park. I would definitely stay here again.

  Stayed here for a Disney trip and would stay again. It’s about a 15 min walk to the parks and has plenty of parking. The lobby is nice with lots of seating, Disney movies/shows playing, and a small market for snacks, drinks, and basics. There’s also a pool, gym, laundry room, and free ice water in the lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not a luxury hotel, but everything felt updated and well maintained. The microwave and mini fridge were especially useful. The bar had a good selection of drinks and serves coffee in the morning. Breakfast is à la carte only. Parking is $35/night, which is a bit steep. Overall, a solid family friendly option that’s close to the parks and has everything you need.

  UPDATE: Hotel overcharges!!! Stayed 3 nights early June 2026, check-in was fast friendly and efficient, HOWEVER, for Hilton Diamond members they do NOT honor the $15 per person food and beverage credit. Room was very clean. WARNING, mattress is wrapped in plastic and reflects heat. Cabinet with fridge and microwave was falling apart, but everything worked. Hamburger and turkey sandwich were both really good, thought not even close to being worth the cost. Bartender was great, all our drinks were mixed perfectly!

  One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Location is ideal: 10-15 min walk to disney or just a few min uber ride but away from the hustle and bustle. We booked a standard two queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms are. Everything is newer and CLEAN. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and decent for hotel food and super convenient. On site parking was reasonably priced and easy. Only downside was the outdoor pool was not heated during our stay (they said they would turn it on but would take hours so that didnt help us). Hot tub was nice.

  So many hotels nearby - we wish we had picked another hotel. We went largely on positive reviews and it was a mistake. Overall, the hotel seems nice physically - great pool area, beautiful lobby, etc. But this hotel is "death by a thousand cuts" - lots of little issues that add up and degrade the entire experience. First, food is AWFUL. If you get breakfast, it's expensive and dreadful - and you'll need food if you wake up and want to head to Disney. No other options nearby and the food is truly dreadful. Also, there is no complimentary coffee in lobby: this is really a must and is absolutely standing for similar Hilton-brand hotels. You have a to pay $3 for a cup of coffee in lobby and wait in long line.Second, if you want to chill by the pool, the hot tub is OVER-RUN by un-supervised small children and it is very unsafe. You cannot enjoy the hot-tub, which is a big selling point. Third, not sure why but over our three-night stay NO cleaning service in room - and we ran out of coffee, and shower supplies (conditioner, shampoo) with no replacement. Seems small issue but not. Fourth, the "suite" we got is not a suite in any form - yes, it's large but with no door between living area and sleeping area, it's a free-for-all. We are frequent Hilton travelers and this was one of our lowest-rated stays: Embassy Suites is far superior when wanting a real suite plus room cleaning plus breakfast. In retrospect, I really wish we had stayed in a lower-brand hotel near Disney entrance because we paid a lot more for this place and it wasn't even close to the standards I expect from a Hilton brand.
