John Arevalo3 months agoDon't park here. I came to visit the Alamo & Riverwalk, paid for 3 hours. Left on time but received a notice from some Parking Revenue Recover Services based in Colorado claiming I left late & owe $92. They can come and get that $92.
Sarah Parker10 months agoDo not park here! We paid for parking and then received a ticket for $92 saying we didn't pay at all which is false. We paid for an hour parking which was $23 (then the service fee). I've been trying to dispute the ticket for weeks, getting a hold of an actual person takes 2 days for a call back, told them I have a screenshot of the payment made, but they guy just kept saying you went over by 9 minutes so you have to pay the $92. Find somewhere else to park do not use this location.
Isaac10 months agoDo not park here! We paid for parking and then received a ticket for not paying. I disputed the ticket even sending a screenshot of the payment made, only to have them send some bs reply saying I paid but I didn't pay the correct amount for the time I was there. Which is completely inaccurate and false. This is bullshit. Save your money and park somewhere else!
Emily Browna year agoReceived a $92 bill after paying $25 for 4 hours and apparently stayed 13 mins longer at my daughter's school field trip to the Alamo. They are a scam!! Soo many other complaints about this parking company, DON'T GIVE THEM A DOLLAR!!!!
Rachel Bilyeua year agoDo NOT ever park here! I took my kids to see the Alamo for the first time and used the QR code posted to go to the website to pay. I was trying to pay quickly because my kids were excited to go. I completed the transaction and then realized, “Wait it defaulted to 1 hour, we might stay longer.” I tried to go back and extend the time and it tried to charge me the same rate again ($18) when UP TO 3 hours is the SAME price ($18). So I figured it would be okay if we stayed a little over. A month later, I get a citation in the mail for $82 for “ticket expired while parking!” I was in the parking lot for 1 hour and 21 minutes according to their timestamps, which is well under the 3 hours I paid for, but accidentally clicked the default 1 hour. No wonder the parking lot was not busy. It is a SCAM!
