Went to see BUSH and Mammoth, James and the cold gun, Sound was great and everything is accessible, restrooms, drinks, food. Very comfortable and the seating is okay, the ac works perfectly. This is just a sample of what I saw that Rockn night, I recommend this venue for any Concert, good Sound awesome vibes
So convenient and accessible! Seats are not tiny or wobbly, handrails on wide and well-lit steps. Concessions and bathroom access descretely accessed right from the seating area, no kissing the action to refill! Sound system, lighting and seating arrangement made for an intimate evening with NO bad seats and excellent clarity. Every ticket here is worth it. Also such a grown-up and easy flowing experience for a night out, dining, grazing, snacking mixing (drinks - both leaded and unleaded 🤣). Drove 10 hours to see a show here and would seriously consider doing it again even if the artist came to my state.
It was a great place to visit, my wife and I attended a concert at the center, for the first time. Employees were friendly and professional. We felt safe seeing the police presence at the concert. Thank you for making us feel welcome and safe. Louis & Linda. Spring Branch, Texas.
Wow is it expensive!!! 25.00 for parking!!! No discount for disabled veterans. For all of the military contracts the BOEING gets, you would think they would show the veterans a little respect. 20.00 for a mixed drink!!!! For 2 doubles and tip for the bartender was over 60.00. Do yourself a favor and pregame before you come. The food court was a good idea but a lack of bar tenders and pay systems at the restaurants created very long lines. With no one taking orders, the kiosk screens seemed to confuse people who dont know how to work them. They just kept scrolling up and down slowing the process to a crawl. Get more kiosks. One kiosk per restaurant isn't enough especially when you have to reset it and it takes 5 minutes to come back up. The BBQ restaurant was fair but the turkey was as dry and not worth the $$$. Sushi place wasn't open until after the event began closed before intermission. The arena was awesome. We loved our seats and there didn't seem to be too many bad seats in the entire place. I will say that the ticketing app was easy to use however the seating charts on the app and website were not vert detailed. And when purchasing the tickets it was hard to tell where the best views would be. Especially floor seats. When we got in, our seats were right behind the announcers and a few times our view of the ring was blocked by random crew operations. There were also cameras that were in corners that we didn't have to deal with but I could see it being a problem for others and for the price, I would have been mad if my view was obstructed by the camera. This was the first time AMMA was there. Not knowing where all of the equipment placement was to be expected but the seating chart could have been more detailed. The owner of the AMMA told us personally that this was the best venue they have been at and said the operations crews were amazing. All of that being said we had a great time. We had never been to this arena and would definitely go see AMMA here again.
I liked the venue and can echo what others have written. Great facilities, food options, etc. The concert experience was amazing as well. A little snafu with the parking. We paid for the premium parking a guaranteed space and one of the attendants said it was full. Drove to the next entrance and they honored our pass. The other issue was we went to a concert as family with the kids and they would not allow my daughter to sit on top of my shoulders to see the show. The people behind me didn't care and were encouraging her to have a good time. The venue staff allowed moshing and crowd surfing yet my daughter on top of my shoulders was a hazard. I could hold her at shoulder height with my arms just not on my shoulders. It is in their policy so my fault for not knowing, seems counterintuitive to allow people to mosh and crowd surf at their own risk yet I can't hold my child up to watch the show. I could understand if I was right in the middle but we were standing on the outskirts of the crowd. Still had a great time just be mindful if you are bringing little ones purchase seats or plan accordingly.
