Shannon Renée2 months agoWe had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Santo in San Antonio. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern luxury and Texas charm, and every detail seemed carefully considered. The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel well cared for throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, with a great bed and all the little touches that made the stay feel special. The atmosphere throughout the property was relaxed yet refined, and it created the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the best of San Antonio while still feeling like we had a peaceful retreat to return to. Whether it was the service, the style, or the overall experience, everything exceeded our expectations.
Kimberly Ball3 weeks agoFirst time staying at the Kimpton in San Antonio and it did not disappoint. Built in 2024 and near the River Walk. Steak and seafood restaurant inside hotel. Every employee made me feel special. Felix at the front desk was the best. He heard me mention I completed 102 mile hike and he picked a corner room with a bathtub. He had bath products sent to my room.❤️Met head of sales, Andrew, who was pouring guest wine from 5-6 happy hour. He already reached out on LinkedIn in hopes of my company will get a comp rate with Kimpton. Room is beautiful with amazing views. Favorite hotel room this year!
Bunny Hogue2 months agoGreat location! All of the entertainment was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions about certain places to go to. The Riverwalk is not even a block away. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and the floor to ceiling windows made our room feel so spacious. The pool was nice and there was food and beverage service while at the pool. The rooftop bar was also a plus.
Chandra Simsa month agoThe Kimpton Hotel offers a delightful stay with its beautiful contemporary facilities and an impressive restaurant that serves an excellent breakfast. The amenities are top-notch, including a lovely bar and pool located on the 10th floor, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Its prime location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions such as the park, convention center, Rivercenter mall, and various eateries—all within walking distance. Housekeeping is attentive, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment daily. Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a significant plus for travelers with furry companions. The only downside is the concrete flooring in the rooms, which might feel a bit stark, but the cushy slippers provided help mitigate this issue.
Clarence Franklinjr.a month agoWe ate at Dean's Steak and Seafood Restaurant!!! Our first visit and it was outstanding!! Chris, our server was the best. Extremely professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable about San Antonio and the US in general. We will be back again. Lastly, our food was delicious!! We had steak, scallops, crab cakes, billions dollar potatoes, onion rins, asparagus, drinks and dessert...needless to say... we ate too much!!!
