Eileen C2 weeks agoRoom was clean and comfortable - extra points for the nightly turn down service which came with some chamomile tea and chocolates. It was a good way to unwind after a long day meetings. Perfect place to stay if you had meetings at the European Parliament or the Council - both are a stone's throw from the hotel. Breakfast selection was good, though it would be nice if they rotated some menu items each day. Jimmy was our host on the last morning and he was warm, attentive and had a great sense of humour :)
Manel Kendall4 weeks agoI stayed 1 night. The two room suite was tastefully furnished in a contemporary yet unpretentious style, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I encountered in this hotel were exceptional and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I had a drink and snacks on the roof terrace and an excellent vegetarian meal in The 1040 restaurant which was full of unusual flavours, light and beautifully presented. The full buffet breakfast had more options than I could find space for! I can recommend this hotel for its 5* service and facilities.
Robert Tyndall2 weeks agoWe had a wonderful trip to Brussels. The Hotel was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, cordial, and very accommodating. Although the location was a couple of Km’s outside the city and train station, it was a short Uber or Bolt ride or a pleasant walk through and around nearby parks, and by the EU towers to the city center. The rooftop bar had a great view of Place Jourdan and close to so many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc.
Olga Meichtry2 weeks agoA wonderful last-minute stay in BrusselsAfter travelling to Brussels on short notice with my husband and our two dogs, we chose the Sofitel for its hassle-free pet policy. The experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was excellent, offering a spacious room and a remarkably comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We will definitely return!
