This one-of-kind park has something for everyone. I’ve been twice now, and while I still haven’t been able to go on all the rides, the rides that I have been on are exhilarating, thrilling, and unique. The location, rides, and many themed areas make Six Flags Fiesta Texas a must visit amusement park destination. The park is tucked away in the northwest side of San Antonio, and while unassuming from a distance, has a beautiful rock quarry backdrop that surrounds the park on three sides. The way that many of the rides here incorporate the rock quarry is really cool, and the sharp change in the landscape’s elevation makes the rides feel more dynamic. The rides themselves are diverse, and there is sure to be plenty of suitable rides for all ages and thrill levels. Wonder Woman’s Golden Lasso Coaster, Iron Rattler, Dr. Diabolical’s Cliffhanger, and The Joker are among my favorites, but all of them are amazing, and I can’t wait to come back and try them all. Many of the rides have unique themes and stories to them, and I really appreciate the level of effort Six Flags puts into the atmosphere and build-up of their rides. Not only do the rides have different themes, but so do entire sections of the park. There’s Screampunk (Steampunk) City, the DC Universe area, The Looney Toons section, a Fiesta-themed town, and more. It’s so fun walking through the different areas of the park and feeling as if you’ve been transported to a different world, complete with appropriately-themed dining, decor, and rides. I can’t wait to come back, and I’m really looking forward to experiencing the Halloween and Christmas festivities I’ve heard so much about at Six Flags Fiesta Texas as well. So I’ve just bought the season pass. See you again soon Fiesta Texas!

First time visiting Six Flags Fiesta Texas and it definitely won’t be my last. I have a season pass for all Six Flags parks across the country and since I was in the area, I decided to stop by on a Thursday. The park was busy with school bands during the day and then transitioned into Grad Night 2026 around 6PM, but I still had enough time to ride everything I wanted. I used my season Fast Pass and it was absolutely worth it, even on a day that wasn’t extremely crowded. I was super impressed with the park overall. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and all rides were operating. The scenery here is beautiful too. As some rides go right along and over the quarry cliffs with amazing views throughout the park. My favorite ride in the park was definitely Iron Rattler; I rode it 6 times! Incredible coaster with amazing views and such a smooth ride experience. Definitely worth getting the all-day dining plan as well. Uber drop-off and pickup was easy and convenient. Overall, you can really tell Six Flags is putting effort into improving the guest experience across their parks. I’m already looking forward to returning.

This park is really beautiful and has a fantastic ride lineup! Unfortunately both days we were here there were approximately 5 thousand school groups and all lines were long all day. We purchased fast lanes which were quite expensive but worth it in our case since we traveled from out of state, and those allowed us to get on everything with little to no wait. Since it was off season there were a few flat rides sitting dismantled but I will certainly never complain about maintenance. Staff were very nice and I had some great interactions in lines and around the park. On a related note, operations here are solid. You could tell the park was not prepared for the level of field trip groups they had (most rides were running one train and only had one shift for the full day) but they continued to be swift moving guests through all day. There was one instance where there were about 4-5 minutes between dispatches on iron rattler, but obviously that could've been for many different reasons. This park has some of the best theming I've ever seen in six flags rides. The preshow for Dr Diabolical and the queue for Poltergeist are fantastic. As for food I only really ate at one place here and it was just standard theme park stuff so I don't really feel qualified to give an opinion. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here! Iron rattler was very high on my bucket list as a coaster enthusiast and it absolutely met expectations, especially in the evening when it was warmed up. This is BY FAR the prettiest six flags I've visited (not including former cedar fair parks) and if it weren't for the Texas humidity I think I could've spent a whole lot longer exploring. Just getting to witness remnants of this park's very unique history really filled my nerdy little heart❤️

We went on 6/18/26 we drove 7 hours to get there left our home at 4 am arrived at 12:53 to 100 pm . Upon arrival we waited in the long line to guest services to get our premier bracelet and then was told they don’t give them there you get them at the entrance of the park . Sooo we get to the 2 nd entrance where they scan you in and we’re treated very ugly and I mean rolling of the eyes just didn’t want to help us and then we’re told to go back to guest services the reason being is that I couldn’t find one of my passes but what I didn’t know is that I had to go back to my home park to find them , this person could have assisted but he choose ugliness instead of helping . I’ll never go back for that reason . I want to point out while he was ugly other were pleasant . Good things about the park : it was nice and the food was good . That’s it nothing else was great about this park . We rode three rides that’s all the lines were so backed up . We waited 45 minutes for the pirate ride which disappointed us . We waited 1 hr and 30 minutes in the dc area We waited 3 hours for the gully washer . It was time to go after that . The lines are insane and barely move even if you hold a fast pass those were just as long as. The others . We were hoping the lines would go down S the park got closer to closing but that was not the case . Tried to ride a rollercoster was a big noooo . Let’s talk about all the rides that were down practically all of them . The one by the pirates on the board walk was down . The rollercoster next to that one was off and on all day and when we would notice it was back running the lines were all the way down the board walk . The 8 ball ride was down for most of the day . All the rides that a family could ride was down yesterday with the rollercoasters almost untouchable because of the wait time . The scrambler was out when we were back there . It was just a terrible day we won’t be returning we will stick with our home park which has better services and the people are awesome and nice and the ride times aren’t bad and they accommodate you on long wait times with water and shade . We went we tried and now know that Fiesta was not for us !!! Please clean the bathrooms they were nasty except the ones by the caracal .

Six Flags Fiesta Texas was fun, but be prepared for long lines even with fast passes. Definitely get there early to check in because the crowds grow fast. We appreciated that face painting can be touched up during the visit, though the lines were quite long so we were unable to utilize that option. You can also get a stamp to re-enter if you need to leave for a bit. The atmosphere is exciting, but there are a few things to note. The food is pricey. When it comes to rides and activities there could be more options for little ones. If you win a prize for one child, they may not let you play again to win for another. The women's bathroom lines move slowly (definitely could use a fast pass 😂) and the family restrooms needed more attention. We would love to see more traditional souvenirs and a section for nostalgia. We keep a sticker wall of our adventures at home but had to make our own because we couldn't find any stickers that specifically said Six Flags Fiesta. Overall, it was a memorable day!
