Liza Torres2 weeks agoOverall, I had a good stay at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk. We stayed here for a work trip, and the hotel was very accommodating by placing our group on the same floor with rooms right next to each other, which we appreciated. My room did have a few issues when I arrived. It smelled musty, the refrigerator was broken, and instead of a king-size bed, I had two double beds. That part was disappointing. However, when I called about the issues, the staff responded quickly and credited my account right away, which I appreciated. The view was breathtaking, and the location is excellent. The hotel is close to the Henry B. González Convention Center, the River Walk, and within walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions. Overall, it is a high-quality hotel in a great location, and despite the room issues, the staff handled the situation well. I would stay here again.
Rob Bredahl4 months agoThis Hotel is directly across the street from the San Antonio Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Both the Convention Center and the hotel are on the same branch of the Riverwalk as well- access right outside the rear entrance. The rooms were very clean and furnished nicely, the bed was comfortable and I found the sheets, pillows and comforter to be very nice as well. There was a small dorm-sized fridge, but there was no microwave or hair dryer. The elevators are operated with your room card and took me a couple of trips to get the hang of it. Once you figure it out it's super easy and there's an extra level of security there. There's a good sized bar that was actually fairly full in the evening and a couple of restaurants near the lobby. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. This will be where I stay when I travel to San Antonio in the future.
Brielle John4 months agoThe staff at this hotel are exemplary - courteous, professional, and accommodating. We stayed here with our seven month old while my husband was in town on business. It was our first time staying with the baby at a hotel and the staff could not have been more gracious to us. From the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, bell hop, the servers in Cafe Carino and Cactus Flower - everyone went above and beyond to help and serve us. Business brought us here, but the hospitality made us want to come back!
Brian David5 months agoThe staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Yazi, Isabel, Addey, Adele all were great and made our trip memorable. My two daughters loved it and were treated incredible and were given Christmas gifts by the team. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. We couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.
Rachelle Dené Poth4 months agoEnjoyed the stay, everybody was so helpful. Had great food and service in the restaurant. Highly recommend burgers, the salads, tacos. We enjoyed our time with nice because of our service from Julian and aAex. The food and the drinks were great. Ask for Alex or Julian if you visit and you will not be disappointed
